Նախընտրական պաստառ պոկելու գործով ձերբակալվածը Նուբարաշենի հոգեբուժարանում ինքնասպան է եղել: Factor TV-ի տեղեկություններով՝ ինքնասպան եղածն Արմեն Հովհաննիսյանն է, որը հոգեկան առողջության հետ կապված խնդիր է ունեցել: Նա ձերբակալվել է նախընտրական պաստառ պոկելու համար, ինչի կապակցությամբ Քննչական կոմիտեում վարույթ է նախաձեռնվել:
ՔԿ-ից հայտնում են. «Ստացված հաղորդման հիման վրա նախաձեռնվել է քրեական վարույթ՝ Քրեական օրենսգրքի 211-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով (քարոզչություն կատարելուն կամ քարոզչություն կատարելուց հրաժարվելուն հարկադրելը կամ քարոզչություն կատարելուն այլ կերպ խոչընդոտելը)»: Այսինքն՝ նախընտրական պաստառ պոկելը որակվել է նախընտրական քարոզչությանը խոչընդոտել, որի համար քաղաքացին ձերբակալվել է ու ներկայացվել Քննչական կոմիտե:
Factor TV-ի տեղեկություններով՝ Կոմիտեում քննվող վարույթի շրջանակներում Արմեն Հովհաննիսյանին դեռևս մեղադրանք ներկայացված չի եղել, բայց ձերբակալվածի կարգավիճակ է ունեցել: Ի սկզբանե տեղափոխվել է ձերբակալվածների պահման վայր, ապա՝ Նուբարաշենի հոգեբուժարան:
Ոստիկանությունից պարզաբանում են. «Ա.Հովհաննիսյանը ձերբակալված էր և գտնվում էր համայնքային ոստիկանության Արտաշատի բաժնի ձերբակալվածների պահման վայրում:
Մայիսի 16-ին՝ ժամը 09:30-ի սահմաններում, ձերբակալվածի մոտ նկատվել է հոգեկան անհավասարակշիռ վարքագիծ, ինչից հետո հրավիրվել է շտապօգնություն:
Շտապօգնության բժշկի ցուցումով ձերբակալվածը ոստիկանների ուղեկցությամբ՝ շտապօգնության մեքենայով, տեղափոխվել է հոգեկան առողջության կենտրոն»:
Նշենք, որ այսօր՝ ժամը 18։07-ին, «Նուբարաշեն» հոգեկան առողջության պահպանման կենտրոնից ՆԳՆ 112 օպերատիվ կառավարման կենտրոն հաղորդում է ստացվել, որ իրենց մոտ տեղափոխված Արմեն Հովհաննիսյանը կախվելու միջոցով ինքնասպանություն է գործել։
