Թեհրանում Պակիստանի դեսպանատան տվյալներով, Իրանի նախագահ Մասուդ Փեզեշքիանն ու Պակիստանի ներքին գործերի նախարարը կիրակի օրը հատուկ հանդիպում են անցկացրել, որը տևել է 90 րոպե։

«Պակիստանի ներքին գործերի նախարար Մոհսին Նաքվին, որը երեկ ժամանել էր Թեհրան, գրեթե երեք ժամ անցկացրել է Իրանի նախագահի պալատում։ Նախագահական պալատում կայացած հանդիպմանը ներկա են եղել նաև Իրանի ներքին գործերի նախարար Էսկանդար Մոմենին և արտաքին գործերի նախարար Սեյեդ Աբաս Արաղչին»,- ասվում է Պակիստանի դեսպանատան հայտարարության մեջ։

Ինչպես հաղորդում է Mehr-ը, հանդիպման ընթացքում Փեզեշքիանը շեշտել է, որ իսլամական երկրները պետք է ձգտեն միասնության և մերձեցման՝ հենվելով իրենց կրոնական, մշակութային և ռազմավարական ընդհանրությունների վրա։

Շեշտելով փոխադարձ շահերին համապատասխան երկկողմ համագործակցության շարունակման և խորացման կարևորությունը՝ նա ընդգծել է, որ որքան ավելի համախմբված լինեն իսլամական երկրները, այնքան ավելի փոքր կլինի հեգեմոն տերությունների միջամտության և ագրեսիայի հավանականությունը։

Նա ասել է, որ Իրանը հավատարիմ է մնացել հարևանների, հատկապես Պարսից ծոցի երկրների հետ բարեկամական հարաբերությունների զարգացման իր սկզբունքային դիրքորոշմանը՝ բացատրելով, որ Միացյալ Նահանգներն ու սիոնիստական ռեժիմը միշտ փորձել են պառակտում սերմանող նախագծերի միջոցով իսլամական երկրներին հանել միմյանց դեմ և անվստահություն սերմանել։

Իրանի նախագահը ընդգծել է, որ անհրաժեշտ է, որպեսզի իսլամական աշխարհի խոշորագույն երկրները օգնեն ճանապարհ հարթել տարածաշրջանում կայուն խաղաղության, անվտանգության և կայունության հաստատման համար՝ ամրապնդելով տարածաշրջանային համագործակցությունն ու փոխգործակցությունը։

Անդրադառնալով ԱՄՆ-ի և Իսրայելի հակաիրանական ծրագրերին՝ «երկրի հյուսիս-արևմտյան և հարավ-արևելյան շրջաններից զինված ահաբեկչական տարրերի ներթափանցման» նախաձեռնություններին, Փեզեշքիանն ասել է, որ հարևանների միջև համագործակցությունը կկանխի նրանց տարածքի ցանկացած չարաշահում Իսլամական Հանրապետության դեմ։
