ՀՀ հակակոռուպցիոն կոմիտեում քննված քրեական վարույթով իրականացված նախաքննությամբ պարզվել է, որ Խաչատուր Աբովյանի անվան հայկական պետական մանկավարժական համալսարանի «Շախմատ գիտահետազոտական ինստիտուտ» հիմնարկի մասնագետը, չարաշահելով պաշտոնեական լիազորությունները, հափշտակել է ընդհանուր 5.336.916 ՀՀ դրամ գումար:

Մասնավորապես՝ պարզվել է, որ վերը նշված հիմնարկի տնօրենը, տեղյակ լինելով, որ հիշյալ մասնագետը աշխատանքի չի հաճախել և աշխատանքային պարտականությունները չի կատարել, պաշտոնական փաստաթղթերում ներառել է կեղծ տեղեկություններ վերջինիս կողմից աշխատանքի ներկայանալու վերաբերյալ՝ այդ կերպ օժանդակելով հիշյալ անձի կողմից առանձնապես խոշոր չափերով՝ 5.336.916 ՀՀ դրամ գումար հափշտակելուն:

Բացի այդ, համալսարանի պրոռեկտորի պաշտոնը զբաղեցրած անձը, տեղյակ լինելով հիմնարկի մասնագետի կողմից աշխատանքի չհաճախելու և աշխատանքային պարտականությունները չկատարելու վերաբերյալ, որևէ միջոց չի ձեռնարկել վերջինիս կարգավիճակը դադարեցնելու և նրան աշխատավարձ չվճարելու ուղղությամբ:

Խ.Աբովյանի անվան հայկական պետական մանկավարժական համալսարանի պրոռեկտորին, «Շախմատ գիտահետազոտական ինստիտուտ» հիմնարկի մասնագետին և տնօրենին մեղադրանքներ են ներկայացվել ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 441-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 2-րդ կետով, 255-րդ հոդվածի 3-րդ մասի 3-րդ կետով, 46-255-րդ հոդվածի 3-րդ մասի 3-րդ կետով և 445-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով:

Նախաքննության ընթացքում մեղադրյալներն ամբողջությամբ վերականգնել են պատճառված վնասը։

Քրեական վարույթով նախաքննությունն ավարտվել է, և վարույթի նյութերը մեղադրական եզրակացությամբ ուղարկվել են ՀՀ հակակոռուպցիոն դատարան:

 

Ծանուցում. հանցագործության համար մեղադրվողը համարվում է անմեղ, քանի դեռ նրա մեղավորությունն ապացուցված չէ ՀՀ քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքով սահմանված կարգով` դատարանի` օրինական ուժի մեջ մտած դատավճռով:
