Վահե Հովհաննիսյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է.

Քարոզարշավի սկսվող երկրորդ շաբաթվա հիմնական գաղափարը լինելու է այն, որ հունիսի 7-ի ընտրությունները վերածվում են ՀԱՆՐԱՔՎԵԻ՝ պետությունը պահո՞ւմ ենք, թե՞ ոչ։ Այս հարցադրումից չպետք է վախենալ, հակառակը՝ պետք սրել։ Վախենալ պետք է նրանից, թե ինչքան ձայն կհավաքի այս իշխանությունը։

Կոչերը՝ քվեարկեք. N 7-ին, N 3-ին, N 17-ին, N 6-ին, իհարկե բնական են, բայց մեզ նաև միասնական կոչ է պետք, միասնական օրակարգ, որը կսրի պրոցեսն ու կվերածի հանրաքվեի։ Սա պետք է, որովհետև Նիկոլն իրեն աջակից բնական սոցիալական խավ չունի, նա արհեստական սոցիալական խավերով ուզում է ձայն հավաքել, ու այդ ձայների վրա հենվելով (նրանց իմացությամբ կամ ոչ՝ արդեն էական չէ) Հայաստանը տանել լուծարման։ Նախընտրական առողջապահական ապահովագրում (այս ձևով երկար չի տևելու), առանց վիզա՝ դեպի Եվրոպա (ամբողջությամբ բլեֆ է), պետական համակարգի պրեմիաներ և «պաշտոնի մեռածներ»։ Սա է նրա ձայնի աղբյուրը, իսկ ինչո՞ւ է արհեստական, որովհետև այս շերտերի մեջ կան մեծ թվով նորմալ մարդիկ, որոնց առաջիկա շաբաթներին կարելի է և պետք է բացատրել մեկ պարզ բան. ձեր ժամանակավոր օգուտը խիստ ժամանակավոր է, իսկ գինը՝ աներևակայելի թանկ։ Այս իշխանությունը երկիրը հաշված ամիսների ընթացքում տանելու է կորստի։

«Մեզ Արցախ պետք չի, «Մեզ Շուշի պետք չի» շերտը ուրիշ է. այն հանգիստ ասելու է՝ մեզ Հայաստան պետք չի։ Այս շերտի հետ գործ չունենք։ Մյուս շերտերի հետ, սակայն, պարզ սուր հարցադրման դեպքում հասնել արդյունքի։

Նա արդեն գոռացել է՝ Արծվաշենը Հայաստան է և վերջ, ինչը նշանակում է՝ իր վերարտադրության դեպքում նոր ծանր կորուստներ, հանձնումներ։ Գործող գյուղերի, կարևորագույն ճանապարհների, ռազմավարական բարձունքների և բնակավայրերի հանձնում կամ եթե նույնիսկ փոխանակում՝ ապա անբնակ, որևէ ճանապարհով Հայաստանի հետ չկապված տարածքի հետ, դա ի՞նչ է՝ իսկական հանրաքվեի թեմա։

Տիգրանաշենի բարձունքում տեղակայվելիք ադրբեջանական զինուժը կամ Հայաստան-Իրան միջպետական ճանապարհի հատվածներն Ադրբեջանին հանձնելն ինչո՞վ են նպաստելու Հայաստանի անվտանգության բարձրացմանը կամ տարածաշրջանային խաղաղությանը։

Հունիսի 7-ը ամենաիսկական հանրաքվե է. մենք չպետք է վախենանք դա գիտակցել և ժողովրդին պարզ ասել։ Մարդիկ կարող են չկողմնորոշվել քվեաթերթիկների հարցում, թե կոնկրետ ո´ր համարին ձայն տան, բայց հիմնական հարցադրման մեջ ընտրությունը շատ պարզ է։
