«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

Երբ դուք գնում եք մի շիշ գինի, պատրաստ եղեք խմել ամբողջ պարունակությունը մեկ երեկոյի ընթացքում: Ի վերջո, այն բացելուց հետո դուք չեք կարողանա նորից խցանը հետ մղել շշի բացվածքի մեջ: Ճիշտ է, հիմա արդեն կան համապատասխան փակիչներ, բայց դրանք նույնական չեն գինու խցանին:

Իսկ ինչպե՞ս են դա անում գինեգործները: Ինչպե՞ս են անտեղավորելին տեղավորում, ինչպե՞ս են գինու խցանները մղվում շշերի մեջ, եթե դրանց տրամագիծը շատ ավելի մեծ է, քան շշի պարանոցը: Իրականում այստեղ ոչ մի կախարդանք էլ չկա: Մաքուր ֆիզիկա է:

Հաջորդ անգամ, երբ բացեք գինու կամ շամպայնի շիշը, ուշադրություն դարձրեք նրան, որ խցանն աստիճանաբար ընդարձակվում է, երբ դուրս է գալիս շշի պարանոցից: Այն կարող է մոտ մեկուկես անգամ ավելի մեծ լինել, քան շշի պարանոցը. վերջինիս տրամագիծը 18 մմ է, իսկ խցանինը՝ 24 մմ։

Հայտնի է, որ խցանածառի կեղևից ստեղծված խցաններն ունեն լավ առաձգականություն և կարող են սեղմվել իրենց լայնության մոտավորապես կեսի չափով՝ առանց ճկունության կորստի: Դա է այն պատճառներից մեկը, որ հենց նման խցաններ են սկսել օգտագործել գինու շշերը կնքելու համար։ Խցանափայտն ունի խիտ կառուցվածք, որը թույլ է տալիս նվազագույնի հասցնել թթվածնի մուտքը շշի մեջ և, հետևաբար, երկար ժամանակ պահպանել գինու համն ու որակը: Խցանափայտի մեկուսիչ հատկությունները նաև կանխում են խոնավության ներթափանցումը գինու մեջ, ինչը ևս պաշտպանում է այն փչանալուց: Բացի դա, բնական խցանը քիմիական ռեակցիայի մեջ չի մտնում գինու հետ, ինչը թույլ է տալիս գինուն պահպանել իր բնական համն ու բույրը: Արդյունքում խցանածառի կեղևից պատրաստած խցանով պատշաճ կնքված շիշը կարող է պահպանվել տասնամյակներ շարունակ՝ չկորցնելով իր որակները:

Բացի այդ ամենը, խցանափայտի խցանների օգտագործումն էկոլոգիապես ավելի մաքուր է, քան պլաստիկների օգտագործումը, քանի որ դրանք պատրաստված են վերականգնվող ռեսուրսից՝ խցանի ծառերի կեղևից: Գումարած այս ամենին՝ այդ բնական խցանը ունի լավ ջերմամեկուսիչ հատկություն, որն օգնում է պահպանել կայուն ջերմաստիճան շշի ներսում:

Հիմա ամենահետաքրքիրը. ինչպե՞ս են լայն խցանները մղվում շշի բարակ պարանոցի մեջ: Նախքան այն շշի մեջ դնելը, խցանը սեղմվում է հատուկ մեքենայի միջոցով՝ նրանից հեռացնելով ավելորդ օդը, այնուհետև մամլիչով խրվում է պարանոցի մեջ։ Էլաստիկությունը բարձրացնելու համար այն կարելի է նախ մշակել գոլորշով կամ եռացող ջրով և միայն հետո ենթարկել վերը նկարագրված մանիպուլ յացիաներին: Հենց խցանը մտնում է շշի մեջ, այն սկսում է ընդարձակվել՝ ընդգրկելով շշի ամբողջ պարանոցը, և սերտորեն նստել ներքին պատերին՝ հուսալիորեն պաշտպանելով շշի ներքին պարունակությունը արտաքին գործոններից:

Փրփրուն գինիների համար խցանները մի փոքր տարբերվում են, դրանք սնկի տեսք ունեն, բայց դրանց՝ շշի պարանոցի մեջ հրելու գործընթացը մոտավորապես նույնն է։ Ի դեպ, նշենք, որ այս դեպքում հաճախ օգտագործվում է նաև պլաստիկը: Խցանի ձևն ապահովում է բեռնարկղի ներսում անվտանգ տեղավորում և թույլ չի տալիս, որ այն պատահաբար դուրս թռչի ուժեղ ներքին ճնշման պատճառով: Այդուամենայնիվ, հուսալիության համար փրփրուն գինիների շշի գլխի հատվածը նաև լրացուցիչ ամրացվում է մետաղալարե շրջանակով՝ մյուզլով:
