Մայիսի 14-ին արտակարգ դեպք է տեղի ունեցել Արարատի մարզում։ ՀՀ Ներքին գործերի նախարարության ոստիկանության քրեական ոստիկանության գլխավոր վարչության Արարատի մարզային վարչությունում և ՀՀ ՆԳՆ ոստիկանության համայնքային ոստիկանության գլխավոր վարչության Արտաշատի բաժնում օպերատիվ տեղեկություններ են ստացվել, որ Այգեզարդ գյուղում տեղի է ունեցել վիճաբանություն, որի հետևանքով «ԳՈՒՎ հարցականով» ախտորոշմամբ «Արտաշատ» բժշկական կենտրոն բուժօգնության է դիմել մի անչափահաս։
Ինչպես հայտնում է ֆոտոլրագրող Գագիկ Շամշյանը, Արարատի մարզի քրեական ոստիկանները ու Արտաշատի համայնքային ոստիկանները պարզել են, որ տուժածը Արարատի մարզի բնակիչ 14-ամյա Ա․ Հ․-ն է։
Գ․ Շամշյանի տեղեկություններով ոստիկանները ստացված տվյալները իրացնելիս, ձեռնարկած օպերատիվ հետախուզական միջոցառումների արդյունքում պարզել են, որ նույն օրը ժամը 15։00-ի սահմաններում Այգեզարդ գյուղի գերեզմանատան մոտ անձնական հարցերի շուրջ վիճաբանություն է տեղի ունեցել Արարատի մարզի բնակիչներ 31-ամյա Գենրիխ Ս․-ի, 14-ամյա Ա․ Հ․-ի, 14-ամյա Ա․ Հ․-ի և վերջիններիս ընկերների միջև, որի ընթացքում Գենրիխ Ս․-ն ձեռքերով հարվածներ է հասցրել Ա․ Հ․-ի դեմքին, գցել գետնին՝ պատճառելով մարմնական վնասվածք, որից հետո փոխադարձ հարվածներ են հասցրել միմյանց։
Ոստիկանների կողմից ձեռնարկվում են միջոցառումներ վիճաբանությանը մասնակցած մյուս անձանց ինքնությունները պարզելու, վերջիններիս և Գենրիխ Ս․-ին հայտնաբերելու ուղղությամբ։
Դեպքի փաստով կազմվել են փաստաթղթեր, որոնք փոխանցվել են ՀՀ Քննչական կոմիտեի Արարատի մարզային քննչական վարչություն։
