Մայիսի 19-ին ՀՀ արտաքին գործերի նախարար Արարատ Միրզոյանը և Լիտվայի արտաքին գործերի նախարար Կեստուտիս Բուդրիսը Երևանում ստորագրել են «Հայաստանի Հանրապետության և Լիտվայի Հանրապետության միջև ռազմավարական գործընկերության մասին» համատեղ հռչակագիրը: Այդ մասին հայտնում են ԱԳՆ-ից:

Ընդգծելով ԵՄ-ի հետ Հայաստանի գործընկերության խորացման կարևորությունը՝ Ստորագրող կողմերը հայտարարում են ըստ նպատակահարմարության և գործող երկկողմ իրավական շրջանակին համապատասխան Հայ-լիտվական միջկառավարական գործող հանձնաժողովը ԵՄ-ին ինտեգրման հարցերով հայ-լիտվական հանձնաժողովի վերափոխելու մտադրության մասին։

Ստորագրող կողմերը.

  • կնպաստեն Հայաստանի և Լիտվայի ոլորտային նախարարությունների միջև կանոնավոր երկկողմ խորհրդակցությունների անցկացմանը՝ կենտրոնանալով Հայաստանի օրենսդրության՝ ԵՄ օրենսդրությանը մոտարկմանն ուղղված բարեփոխումներին աջակցության և Լիտվայի՝ ԵՄ-ին ինտեգրման փորձի փոխանակման վրա,
  • նախատեսում են անցկացնել ոլորտային կանոնավոր խորհրդակցություններ ապատեղեկատվության, հանրային դիվանագիտության և հարակից ոլորտներում՝ լավագույն փորձի փոխանակման և առկա մարտահրավերների հաղթահարման նպատակով,
  • կնպաստեն բարձր տեխնոլոգիաների ոլորտներում, մասնավորապես՝ կիսահաղորդիչների, արհեստական բանականության, ռոբոտաշինության և ամպային հաշվառման ոլորտներում համատեղ ձեռնարկությունների, հետազոտությունների և այլ նախաձեռնությունների խթանմանը՝ հիմնվելով Լիտվայի՝ որպես ֆինանսական տեխնոլոգիաների, ԱԲ հետազոտությունների և թվային կառավարման տարածաշրջանային առաջատար դերի, ինչպես նաև Հայաստանի արագ ընդլայնվող նորարարական էկոհամակարգի, ինժեներական հմտությունների ամուր հիմքի և զարգացող բարձր տեխնոլոգիական արդյունաբերության վրա,
  • արտահայտում են տարածաշրջանային և միջազգային առևտրի ու տրանսպորտային կապի խթանմանն ուղղված առավել սերտ համագործակցությանը նպաստելու իրենց մտադրությունը, այդ թվում՝ միմյանց նախագծերին աջակցություն ցուցաբերելու միջոցով, ինչպիսիք են Հայաստանի «Խաղաղության խաչմերուկ» նախաձեռնության ներառումը Եվրոպական միության «Համաշխարհային դարպաս» ռազմավարության շրջանակում, ինչպես նաև Հայաստանի մասնակցությունը տարածաշրջանային տնտեսական և ենթակառուցվածքային նախաձեռնություններին,
  • արտահայտում են էներգետիկայի ոլորտում համագործակցությունը խրախուսելու իրենց մտադրությունը՝ կենտրոնանալով կանաչ ջրածնի և վերականգնվող էներգետիկայի նախագծերի վրա,
  • կշարունակեն նպաստել Լիտվայի կողմից Հայաստանի բարեփոխումներին աջակցության տրամադրմանը Հայաստան-ԵՄ վիզաների ազատականացման գործողությունների ծրագրի իրականացման համատեքստում, մասնավորապես՝ սահմանային կառավարման և անվտանգային, ինչպես նաև միգրացիոն քաղաքականության ոլորտներում։
