Առողջապահության ազգային ինստիտուտը հերքում է կեղծ դիպլոմների մասին տարածվող տեղեկությունը

Առողջապահության ազգային ինստիտուտը հերքել է «Նոր սկանդալ առողջապահության ոլորտում. Դիպլոմ առանց կրթության» վերնագրով նյութում հրապարակված տեղեկությունները՝ դրանք անվանելով կեղծ և մոլորեցնող։ Օնստիտուտի տարածած հայտարարության մեջ նշվում է, որ հրապարակման հիմքում ընկած պնդումները անհեթեթ են և չեն համապատասխանում իրականությանը։ԱԱԻ-ն պարզաբանել է, որ իր կողմից իրականացվող հետավարտական նեղ մասնագիտացման ծրագրերին կարող են մասնակցել բացառապես բարձրագույն բժշկական կրթություն ունեցող անձինք, ուստի հիվանդանոցների տնօրենների համար բժշկական կրթության պարտադիր լինելու վերաբերյալ օրենսդրական փոփոխությունները որևէ ազդեցություն չեն կարող ունենալ այդ ծրագրերի վրա։
Հայտարարության համաձայն՝ «Հանրային առողջություն և առողջապահություն» հիմնական մասնագիտությունը նախատեսում է մագիստրոսի աստիճան, իսկ «Առողջապահության կազմակերպում և կառավարում» ծրագիրը հանդիսանում է նեղ մասնագիտացում, որը կարող է ձեռք բերվել միայն հիմնական բժշկական մասնագիտության հիման վրա։Ինստիտուտը նաև ընդգծել է, որ չի իրականացնում մագիստրոսական կրթական ծրագրեր, քանի որ դրանք բուհական ծրագրեր են և իրականացվում են բացառապես բարձրագույն ուսումնական հաստատությունների կողմից։ԱԱԻ-ն անդրադարձել է նաև դասապրոցեսի կազմակերպման վերաբերյալ հրապարակումներում տեղ գտած հարցադրումներին՝ նշելով, որ ուսումնական գործընթացը կազմակերպվում է շաբաթական երկու օր՝ ուրբաթ երեկոյան ժամերին և շաբաթ օրերին՝ 10:00-19:00-ն ընկած ժամանակահատվածում։
Հայտարարության մեջ նշվում է նաև, որ արտասահմանում գտնվող հրավիրյալ դասախոսների մասնակցությամբ դասընթացների մի մասն անցկացվում է առցանց ձևաչափով՝ հաշվի առնելով ժամանակակից տեխնոլոգիաների հնարավորություններն ու ժամային գոտիների տարբերությունը։Ինստիտուտը կոչ է արել զերծ մնալ մասնագիտական կրթության և առողջապահական համակարգի զարգացմանն ուղղված նախաձեռնությունների վերաբերյալ ոչ մասնագիտական գնահատականներից և հարցը դիտարկել մասնագիտական ու ինստիտուցիոնալ հարթությունում։
