Նախատեսվում է վարելու իրավունքի վերականգնման նոր՝ առավել պարզեցված ընթացակարգ

ՀՀ ներքին գործերի նախարարությունը հանրային քննարկման է ներկայացրել նախագիծ, որով նախատեսվում է ներդնել վարելու իրավունքի վերականգնման նոր՝ առավել պարզեցված ընթացակարգ։
«Ճանապարհային երթևեկության անվտանգության ապահովման մասին» օրենքում և դրան կից օրենքներում փոփոխությունների նախագծի համաձայն, որը Ներքին գործերի նախարարությունը տեղադրել է e-draft.am կայքում, քաղաքացիները կկարողանան վերականգնել իրենց վարորդական իրավունքը մեկ անգամ՝ առանց վարորդական քննությունը կրկին հանձնելու՝ վճարելով 50,000 դրամ պետական տուրք։ Այս ընթացակարգը կգործի, եթե դիմումը ներկայացվի զրկման ժամկետը լրանալուց հետո մեկ տարվա ընթացքում», – նշվում է նախագծում։
Փորձաշրջան սահմանվելու դեպքում 13 միավորի փոխարեն վարորդներին կհատկացվի 6 միավոր, իսկ այդ միավորը սպառելու դեպքում նրանք 1 տարով կզրկվեն վարելու իրավունքից։
Սահմանվում է անցումային դրույթ, որով 2020 թվականի հունվարի 1-ից հետո զրկված անձինք ևս միայն մեկ անգամ կկարողանան վերականգնել իրենց վարելու իրավունքը՝ համապատասխան պետական տուրքի վճարմամբ և 13 միավորի փոխարեն 6 տուգանային միավորի հատկացմամբ՝ վերականգնումից հաշված 1 տարի ժամկետով փորձաշրջանի պայմաններով։
Ինչպես նշված է նախագծի հիմնավորման մեջ, նախագծերի ընդունմամբ ակնկալվում է ներդնել վարելու իրավունքի վերականգնման նոր՝ առավել թիրախային մոդել՝ հիմնված վարելու իրավունքից զրկված անձանց վարքագծի փոփոխության և դրա նկատմամբ պատշաճ վերահսկողության վրա։
