Այսօր՝ մայիսի 23-ին, վիճաբանություն և դանակահարություն է տեղի ունեցել Կոտայքի մարզում։ Ժամը 15:30-ի սահմաններում ՀՀ Ներքին գործերի նախարարության ոստիկանության քրեական ոստիկանության գլխավոր վարչության Կոտայքի մարզային վարչությունում և ՀՀ ՆԳՆ ոստիկանության համայնքային ոստիկանության գլխավոր վարչության Աբովյանի բաժնում օպերատիվ տեղեկություններ են ստացվել, որ Հատիսի փողոցի հարևանությամբ գտնվող «Աբովյան» ծննդատան տարածքում գտնվող «Լվա ինքդ» ավտոլվացման կետում վիճաբանություն է տեղի ունեցել, որի ժամանակ մեկ հոգու դանակի մի քանի հարված են հասցրել։
Ինչպես դեպքի վայրից հայտնում է ֆոտոլրագրող Գագիկ Շամշյանը, օպերատիվորեն ժամանել են Կոտայքի մարզի քրեական ոստիկանները՝ վարչության պետ Վարդան Խաչատուրյանի, և ոստիկանության Աբովյանի բաժնի օպերատիվ խումբը՝ բաժնի պետ Տիգրան Պողոսյանի, բաժնի պետի տեղակալ Արսեն Սարգսյանի գլխավորությամբ։
Տեղում պարզվել է, որ ստացված օպերատիվ տեղեկությունները հավաստի են և ոստիկանները նշված վայրում հայտնաբերել են արնանման հետքեր ու օպերատիվ տեղեկություններով պարզել են, որ այդ հատվածից վիրավորը, ով Կոտայքի մարզի բնակիչ Նորայր Միքայելյանն է, «Hyundai Elantra» մակնիշի ավտոմեքենայով տեղափոխվել է «Աբովյան» բժշկական կենտրոն։
Քրեական և համայնքային ոստիկաններն ու քննիչները հիվանդանոցի բակում հայտնաբերել են «Hyundai Elantra» մակնիշի ավտոմեքենան, որի նստատեղերի և աջակողմյան հատվածի դռների վրա հայտնաբերվել են արնանման հետքեր։
Դեպքի փաստով Աբովյանի քննչական բաժնում նախաձեռնվել է քրեական վարույթ։
Դեպքի վայրում հավաքված մի քանի քաղաքացիներ, ովքեր հրաժարվեցին տեսախցիկի առաջ խոսել, ասում էին, որ մինչև նշված վայրում վիճաբանելը, վերևում ինչ-որ հացկերույթ են արել, ապա իջել են այստեղ ու սկսվել է կռիվը, իսկ վիրավորն էլ Աբովյանի ծննդատան նախկին տնօրենն է։
