ՀՀ կառավարությունը հաստատեց  ապահովագրական պատահարի մասնակից ավտոտրանսպորտային միջոցների վարորդների կողմից լրացվող  համաձայնեցված հայտարարագրի ձևը, դրանում  ներառելով առանց ապահովագրական ընկերությունների համաձայնության լրացվող հայտարարագիրը: Ինչպես տեղեկացնում է «Արմենպրես»-ը, կառավարության նիստում ՀՀ կենտրոնական բանկի նախագահ Արթուր Ջավադյանը նշեց, որ նախագծի արդյունքում պատահարի մասնակիցները պատահարի վայրում «Հայաստանի ավտոապահովագրողների բյուրո» ԻԱՄ-ի կանոններով սահմանված չափի՝ մինչև 50 հազար դրամի վնասով վթարի շրջանակներում կկարողանան առանց ապահովագրական ընկերության համաձայնության լրացնել համաձայնեցված հայտարարագիրը և հեռանալ պատահարի վայրից, ինչն էլ կնպաստի պատահարների արդյունքում խցանումների քանակի նվազեցմանը: «Այսպիսով, պատահարի մասնակիցների համար կստեղծվի առանց ապահովագրական ընկերությունների համաձայնութ յունը ստանալու համաձայնեցված հայտարարագիր լրացնելու և դրանից հետո պատահարի վայրից հեռանալու հնարավորություն՝ առանց ապահովագրական ընկերությունների ներկայացուցիչների ժամանմանը սպասելու: Կպարզեցվի պատահարի մասնակից վարորդների կողմից համաձայնեցված հայտարարագրի միջոցով հավաքագրվող ելակետային տվյալների կազմը, հայտարարագրի լրացման հրահանգը»,- ասաց Ջավադյանը: ՀՀ վարչապետ Հովիկ Աբրահամյանը ողջունեց նախագծի ընդունումը և նշեց, որ մինչև 50 հազար դրամի ծախսեր ենթադրող վթարների քանակը 2014 թվականին կազմել է 9 հազար 500, իսկ 2015-ին՝ 6 հազար:&nbsp ;«Իհարկե, դուք մեծ ջանք եք ներդրել և ապահովագրական ընկերությունների հետ քննարկել հարցը: Եթե 50 հազարը դարձնեք 100 հազար՝ մենք իրոք լուրջ խնդիր կլուծենք: Այդ դեպքերը կլինեն վթաների մոտ 30 տոկոսը: Ես ձեզ հորդորում եմ, որ աշխատեք ապահովագրական ընկերությունների հետ, փորձեք համոզել, որպեսզի գոնե մինչև 100 հազարի շեմը բարձրացվի, ինչը կլուծի խցանումների խնդիրը, որը մեծ պրոբլեմ է ստեղծում երթևեկության համար»,- ասաց վարչապետը՝ նախաձեռնությունը գնահատելով լավ: Միաժամանակ, Հովիկ Աբրահամյանը տեղեկացրեց, որ ապահովագրական ընկերությունների առաջարկով քննարկումները դեռևս կշարունակվեն և  միգուցե 2-3 ամիս անց նորից անդրադարձ կատարվի այս հարցին:

Արթուր Ջավադյանն էլ նկատեց, որ մինչև 50 հազար դրամի վթարները կազմում են ընդհանուր վթարների 20 տոկոսը: «Սկսենք այդ քայլից, հետո կշարունակենք»,- ասաց ԿԲ նախագահը՝ ավելացնելով , որ ապահովագրական ընկերությունները մտավախւթյուններ ունեն, որ շեմի բարձրացմամբ կլինեն տարբբեր զեղծարարություններ:
