ՌԴ Պետդումայում առաջարկել են փուլային կարգով կասեցնել Հայաստանի անդամակցությունը ԵԱՏՄ-ին և ՀԱՊԿ-ին (տեսանյութ)

Մայիսի 26-ին Պետդումայում տեղի ունեցավ կլոր սեղան՝ «Հայաստանն առանց Ռուսաստանի և Ռուսաստանն առանց Հայաստանի․ պատճառները, արդյունքներն ու հետևանքները» թեմայով։ Քննարկման արդյունքներով կլոր սեղանի մասնակիցները համաձայնեցրել են մի շարք առաջարկություններ։ Գլխավորը՝ Հայաստանի՝ ԵԱՏՄ-ում և ՀԱՊԿ-ում անդամակցության աստիճանական կասեցման առաջարկն է։
Ռուսաստանի Պետդումայի փոխխոսնակ Պյոտր Տոլստոյը նիստի ժամանակ հայտարարել է` «Իմ կարծիքով, Հայաստանի ներկայիս իշխանությունների փորձերը՝ դուրս գալ Թուրքիայի և Ադրբեջանի հետ ուղիղ փոխգործակցության, ուղիղ սպառնալիք են այս երկրի ինքնիշխանությանը»։
Պյոտր Տոլստոյը նաև հավելել է, է՝ չի կարող անուշադրության մատնվել ռուսական դասարանների թվի կրճատումը, ինչպես նաև ռուսերեն լեզվի կիրառման քննադատությունը մի շարք պաշտոնական անձանց կողմից։
«Ուզում եմ հիշեցնել այդ անձանց, որ Ռուսաստանում կա մեծ հայկական սփյուռք։ Ես, որպես Պետդումայի պատգամավոր, ընտրվել եմ միամանդատ ընտրատարածքից, որտեղ ընտրողների մեծ տոկոսը Հայաստանից եկած մարդիկ են։ Եվ կարող եմ ասել, որ նրանց գտնվելը Ռուսաստանի Դաշնությունում և նրանց աշխատանքը Ռուսաստանի Դաշնությունում, ընդհանրապես Հայաստանի բիզնեսի աշխատանքը Ռուսաստանի Դաշնությունում, նման հայտարարություններով, հակառուսական և նման ոչ բարեկամական գործողություններով դրվում է կասկածի տա»։
Ռուսաստանի Պետդումայի փոխխոսնակի խոսքով՝ Հայաստանի համար շատ ավելի վատ կլինի, եթե Ռուսաստանը սկսի հեռանալ Հայաստանից․
« Հետևանքները շատ ավելի ծանր կլինեն։ Հայաստանի քաղաքացիների համար ներկայիս արտոնությունները, օրինակ՝ առանց գրանցման երկարատև մնալը, Ռուսաստանի Դաշնությունում աշխատանքի տեղավորման պարզեցված կարգը, հիմնված են ռազմավարական դաշնակցի կարգավիճակի վրա։ Եթե այդ կարգավիճակը չլինի կամ ինչ-ինչ պատճառներով վերանայվի հայկական քաղաքական ղեկավարության նախաձեռնությամբ, ապա, իհարկե, նման արտոնությունները կչեղարկվեն, և Հայաստանի քաղաքացիները կանցնեն ընդհանուր ռեժիմի, այն միգրացիոն ռեժիմի, որը գործում է բոլոր օտարերկրացիների համար»,-ասել է նա։
