Սիրելի՛ հայրենակիցներ,

Մայիսի 28-ը հայկական պետականության, մեր ժողովրդի ուժի և աննկուն ազգային ոգու խորհրդանիշն է։

Հայ ժողովուրդը պատմության ամենածանր ժամանակներում ապացուցեց աշխարհին գլխավոր ճշմարտությունը՝ Հայաստանը հնարավոր չէ կոտրել, քանի դեռ կենդանի են մեր հավատը, ազգային հիշողությունն ու մեր ապագայի համար պայքարելու կամքը։

Սարդարապատում, Բաշ-Ապարանում և Ղարաքիլիսայում թուրքական զորքերի նկատմամբ հայ ժողովրդի հաղթանակները, մեր զինվորների անձնազոհությունը՝ Մովսես Սիլիկյանի, Դրոյի, Դանիել Բեկ-Փիրումյանի գլխավորությամբ, ինչպես նաև հայ հոգևորականության հերոսությունը՝ Ամենայն Հայոց Կաթողիկոս Գևորգ Ե-ի առաջնորդությամբ, փրկեցին Հայաստանը և ճանապարհ բացեցին հայկական պետականության վերականգնման համար։

Այսօր ևս մեր առջև կանգնած են լուրջ մարտահրավերներ։ Հենց հիմա առավել քան կարևոր է պահպանել մեր միասնությունը, պաշտպանել պետականությունը, ազգային արժեքները, մեր հավատը և հայ ժողովրդի՝ ուժեղ, անկախ և անվտանգ Հայաստանում ապրելու իրավունքը։

Յուրաքանչյուր հայ՝ Հայաստանում և Սփյուռքում, պատասխանատվություն է կրում մեր հայրենիքի ապագայի համար։ Մենք պարտավոր ենք անել ամեն ինչ, որպեսզի Հայաստանը լինի ուժեղ, արդար, անվտանգ և բարգավաճ երկիր, պահպանի իր հավատը, ազգային արժանապատվությունը և մնա հուսալի հայրենիք ապագա սերունդների համար։

Շնորհավո՛ր Հանրապետության տոնը, Հայաստան։
 
Հավերժ փա՛ռք մեր հերոսներին, իսկ Հայաստանին՝ խաղաղություն, ուժ և բարգավաճում։
