«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

ԱՄՆ պետքարտուղար Մարկո Ռուբիոյի «տրանզիտային» կարճատև վայրէջքը «Զվարթնոց» օդնավակայանում և «արագի մեջ» շրջանակային համաձայնագրի ստորագրումը տարաբնույթ քննարկումների տեղիք տվեցին: Ի վերջո, ինչի՞ մասին էր «ոտքի վրա» կատարված այս այցը:

Այն, որ սա նախընտրական տրամաբանության մեջ է, փաստվում է նաև ԱՄՆ նախագահի սոցցանցային գրառմամբ, որով վերջինս «ամբողջական ու լիակատար աջակցություն» է հայտնում Նիկոլ Փաշինյանին՝ 2026 թվականի հունիսի 7-ին կայանալիք ընտրություններում։ Դեռ մի կողմ թողնենք, թե ինչ կլիներ, եթե որևէ այլ երկրի նախագահ հայտարարություն տարածեր որևէ ընդդիմադիր ուժի աջակցելու մասին. անմիջապես աղմուկ կբարձրանար Հայաստանի ներքին գործերին միջամտելու առումով: Շատ ավելի էական է, թե ինչու է այսպես իրար խառնվել ԱՄՆ-ը: Ակնհայտ է, որ այնտեղ էլ հիանալի հասկանում են՝ Հայաստանի գործող իշխանությունը պարտվում է խայտառակ ձևով: Ըստ այդմ, ԱՄՆ-ն շտապում է՝ իր ստանալիքն արագորեն արձանագրելու իր համար ձեռնտու նոր փաստաթղթով, որ հաջորդ իշխանությունները չկարողանան հետ կանգնել ստանձնած պարտավորություններից:

Ինչ վերաբերում է բուն փաստաթղթին, ապա շատ մասնագետներ շեշտում են առնվազն երկու հիմնական վտանգավոր հանգամանք՝ ի վնաս Հայաստանի: Նախ՝ փաստացի շրջանառվող գումարները շրջանցելու են Հայաստանը, քանզի նույնիսկ շահույթը չի հարկվելու մեր երկրում: Երկրորդ խնդիրը վերաբերում է սահմանային վերահսկողությանը, որի առումով հստակ նշված է, որ «Հայաստանը համաձայնում է օգտվել մասնավոր օպերատորների («ֆրոնտ օֆիս») ծառայություններից»: Հայաստանի համար պարզապես նշված է, որ ունի «իր սահմանային հսկողության բոլոր կետերում ֆիզիկական ներկայություն պահպանելու իրավունք»: Փաստացի, ինչպես նշում են փորձագետները, Հայաստանի իշխանությունները Ադրբեջանին տալիս են միջանցք՝ թեկուզ ԱՄՆ-ի միջոցով, որքան էլ փորձեն խուսափել այդ ձևակերպումից:
