1908-ծնվել է խորհրդային պատմաբան Աբգար Հովհաննիսյանը:

1913-ծնվել է նկարիչ Արա Բեքարյանը:

1946-ծնվել է էստրադային երգչուհի, դերասանուհի Ռոքսաննա Բաբայանը:

1950- ընդունվել է որոշում կոլտնտեսությունների խոշորացման վերաբերյալ. կոլտնտեսությունների քանակը Հայաստանում 1043-ից 1950 թվականի վերջերին նվազել է մինչև 660-ի։

1994-վախճանվել է հայ ճարտարապետ, գրող Արմեն Զարյանը:

1999-կայացել են խորհրդարանական ընտրություններ, որոնց արդյունքում հաղթել է «Միասնություն» դաշինքը. հետագայում Ազգային ժողովի նախագահ է ընտրվել Կարեն Դեմիրճյանը, վարչապետ է նշանակվել Վազգեն Սարգսյանը։

2002- Հայաստանի ստեղծագործական միությունները մտահոգություն են արտահայտել Երևանի կենտրոնում՝ մասնավորապես օպերայի շենքի շրջակա պուրակի տարածքներում ծավալված շինարարական աշխատանքների կապակցությամբ, որոնք խաթարում են պատմականորեն ձևավորված ճարտարապետական միջավայրը և աղճատում մայրաքաղաքի կերպարը:

2003-Ամերիկահայ մեծահարուստ Քըրք Քըրքորյանի «Լինսի» հիմնադրամը դադարեցրել է Հայաստանի առաջին արտգործնախարար Րաֆֆի Հովհաննիսյանի Ռազմավարական և ազգային հետազոտությունների հայկական կենտրոնի ֆինանսավորումը:

2006- հրդեհ է բռնկվել Երևանի կենտրոնում գտնվող Կոնդ թաղամասում. մոտ երկու ժամ տևած հրդեհի արդյունքում այրվել է 6 սեփական տուն:

2012-իշխող ՀՀԿ-ն և «Օրինաց երկիր» կուսակցությունը կոալիցիոն համաձայնագիր են ստորագրել:

2018-Հայաստանի կառավարությունը դադարեցրել է «Բարձրավոլտ էլեկտրացանցերը» «Տաշիր Կապիտալին» 25 տարով հավատարմագրային կառավարման հանձնելու պայմանագիրը:

2019- «Հյուսիս-Հարավ» ավտոմայրուղու շինարարները փակել են Ուջան-Աշտարակ ճանապարհը։

ԱՇԽԱՐՀ

1381-սկսվել է Ուոլտ Թայլերի ապստամբությունը:

1431-Ռուանում այրել են Ժաննա դը Արկին:

1498-ծով է դուրս եկել Կոլումբոսի երրորդ արշավախումբը:

1563-տեղի է ունեցել Բորնխոլմի ճակատամարտը, որտեղ դանիական էսկադրան գրոհել է շվեդական նավերի վրա, սկսվել է Հյուսիսային յոթամյա պատերազմը:

1574-վախճանվել է Ֆրանսիայի թագավոր Կարլ 9-րդը (1560—1574)՝ վալուաների դինաստիայի նախավերջին թագավորը. նոր թագավոր է դարձել Հենրիխ 3-րդը:

1594-առաջին անգամ Պարսկաստան է ուղարկվել ռուսական դեսպան՝ կոմս Զվենագորսկին:

1635-Երեսնամյա պատերազմի ժամանակ ստորագրվել է Փարիզյան խաղաղության պայմանագիրը, որով ավարտվել է պատերազմի շվեդական շրջանը:

1640-վախճանվել է ֆլամանդացի նկարիչ Պիտեր Պաուլ Ռուբենսը:

1778-վախճանվել է ֆրանսիացի փիլիսոփա և գրող Վոլտերը:

1815-«Վեստ- ինդիա» ընկերության «Արնիստոն» նավը փոթորիկի պատճառով խորտակվել է, զոհվել է 372 մարդ:

1846-ծնվել է ռուս զարդագործ Կարլ Պետեր Ֆաբերժեն:

1871-ընկել է Փարիզյան կոմունան:

1896-Մոսկվայի մերձակայքում տեղի է ունեցել Խոդինյան դաշտի հրմշտոցը:

1896-Նյու Յորքում արձանագրվել է աշխարհում առաջին ՃՏՊ-ն՝ ավտոմեքենան ընդհարվել է հեծանվորդի հետ:

1900- Փարիզում ինժեներ Բոլդեմար Պոուլսենը ներկայացրել է իր հայտնագործությունը՝ տելեգրաֆոնը, որն, ըստ էության, ձայնագրության մագնիսական ժապավեն էր:

1934-ծնվել է առաջին անգամ բաց տիեզերք դուրս եկած տիեզերագնաց Ալեքսեյ Լեոնովը:

1941-Երկրորդ համաշխարհային պատերազմի ժամանակ գերմանական ռեյխը գրավել և օկուպացրել է Կիպրոս կղզին:

1942- Երկրորդ համաշխարհային պատերազմի ժամանակ անգլիական ավիացիան ռմբակոծել է Քյոլն քաղաքը:
