Մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանը Դիլիջանում հանդիպել է բռնի տեղահանված կանանց

Մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպան Անահիտ Մանասյանը մայիսի 30-ին հիմնական ելույթով է հանդես եկել Դիլիջանում կազմակերպված՝ «Մարդու հիմնարար իրավունքներ և պարտականություններ» թեմայով ինտերակտիվ հանդիպմանը, որն անցկացվել է  «Մարդու իրավունքները փախստականների հետ և նրանց համար» ծրագրի շրջանակում։

Հանդիպումը կազմակերպել է «Կանանց իրավունքների տուն» հասարակական կազմակերպությունը՝ ճամբարային ձևաչափով։ Մասնակցել են բռնի տեղահանված կանայք։

Իր ելույթում Անահիտ Մանասյանը ներկայացրել է մարդու իրավունքների հիմնական  բովանդակությունը, Մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանի հաստատության գործառույթները, ինչպես նաև այն մեխանիզմները, որոնց միջոցով հնարավոր է պաշտպանել խախտված իրավունքները։

Հանդիպումն ունեցել է ինտերակտիվ բնույթ․ մասնակիցները հնարավորություն են ունեցել բարձրաձայնելու իրենց մտահոգությունները, ներկայացնելու առկա խնդիրները և ստանալու պարզաբանումներ իրենց իրավունքների իրացման և պաշտպանության վերաբերյալ։

Պաշտպանն ընդգծել է, որ թեև վերջին տարիներին արձանագրվել են որոշակի դրական զարգացումներ կանանց իրավունքների իրացման, ներգրավվածության և ինքնադրսևորման ոլորտներում, սակայն կանանց հզորացման ուղղությամբ դեռևս առկա են բազմաթիվ մարտահրավերներ։ Այդ համատեքստում Անահիտ Մանասյանը կարևորել է նման նախաձեռնությունների իրականացումը։

 

Անահիտ Մանասյանը հատուկ անդրադարձել է բռնի տեղահանված անձանց խնդիրներին՝ նշելով, որ այդ խումբը գտնվում է իր առանձնահատուկ ուշադրության կենտրոնում։

Անդրադառնալով բռնի տեղահանված անձանց խնդիրների հանրային քննարկումներին՝ Պաշտպանը շեշտել է զգայունության պահպանման և ատելության խոսքի բացառման կարևորությունը։  Անահիտ Մանասյանը կարևորել է նաև հանրային համերաշխության ամրապնդումը՝ ընդգծելով կրթական համակարգի առանցքային դերը։

Անահիտ Մանասյանն ընդգծել է, որ անհրաժեշտ են կրթական բարեփոխումներ, քանի որ կրթական միջավայրը պետք է ձևավորի այն բարոյական և էթիկական չափանիշները, որոնց վրա կառուցվում է հանրային վարքագիծը․ այդ չափանիշներն ուղղակիորեն ազդում են նաև մարդու իրավունքների նկատմամբ վերաբերմունքի վրա։

«Շատ կարևոր է, որպեսզի բռնի տեղահանված անձինք ներգրավված լինեն իրենց վերաբերելի որոշումների կայացման գործընթացներին»,– ընդգծել է Պաշտպանը։

Հանդիպման ավարտին մասնակիցները շնորհակալություն են հայտնել Մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանին կառուցողական քննարկման համար։ Անահիտ Մանասյանն իր հերթին շնորհակալություն է հայտնել մասնակիցներին՝ կարևոր հարցադրումներ բարձրաձայնելու համար։

Պաշտպանը կարևորել է նման ձևաչափով անմիջական շփումները՝ ընդգծելով, որ բռնի տեղահանված անձանց իրավունքների պաշտպանությունը պահանջում է ոչ միայն համակարգային լուծումներ, այլև անհատական մոտեցում և շարունակական ու զգայուն հաղորդակցություն։

Մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանի հաստատությունը շարունակելու է աջակցել տեղահանված անձանց իրավունքների պաշտպանությանն ու իրազեկվածության բարձրացմանը՝ համագործակցելով նաև քաղաքացիական հասարակության կազմակերպությունների հետ։
