«Քրեական հեղինակություններ Լևոն Ղազարյանի՝ Երրորդմասցի Լյովիկի, Դրաստամատ Թադևոսյանի՝ Դերոյի և Մեսրոպ Նազարյանցի՝ Մոսոյի այս տարվա մարտի 4–ին «Նուբարաշեն» ՔԿՀ–ի դիմաց տեղի ունեցած սպանության գործով հետաքրքիր փաստեր են ի հայտ գալիս։ Ինչպես հայտնի է՝ այս գործով դեռևս մարտից կալանավորվել են Սարգիս Գրիգորյանը՝ Ծգլը, Սարգիս Հախանումյանը՝ Տլեն և Վահան Հակոբյանը՝ Գաստիկը։
«Ժողովրդի» տեղեկութոյւններով՝ Տլեի եղբայրը՝ Դավիթ Հախանումյանը, իր եղբոր և նրա ընկերների համար Երևանում բնակարան է վարձակալած եղել, որպեսզի նրանք թաքնվեն այնքան ժամանակ, մինչ կկարողանան ապացուցել իրենց անմեղությունը։ Սակայն գործն այլ ընթացք է ստացել։ Մեր տեղեկություներով, ԱԱԾ–ն Տլեի եղբորը՝ Դավիթ Հախանումյանին, «պատանդ» է վերցրել, որպեսզի նրա եղբորը և ընկերներին ստիպի հանձնվել իրավապահներին։ Այդպես էլ եղել է, նրանք հանձնվել են, սկայն Դավիթ Հախանումյանն այդպես էլ ազատ չի արձակվել։ Ավելին՝ մտադրված են նրան մեղադրանք առաջադրել սպանության օժանդակության հատկանիշներով»,–գրում է թերթը։
