Հարձակման ենթարկված պոլսահայ ընտանիքի փաստաբանը բողոքում է գործի գաղտնիությունից

Ստամբուլի Շիշլի թաղամասում պոլսահայ ընտանիքի վրա իրականացված հարձակման գործի նախաքննությունն իրականացվում է գաղտնիության սկզբունքով: Ինչպես հաղորդում է «Արմենպրես»-ը, այս մասին «Ակոս» պարբերականին հայտնել է հարձակման զոհ դարձած Դեմիրջի ընտանիքի փաստաբան Մուրաթ Օրալը: «Մենք գործ ունենք հանցագործության հետ, կատարվածը միայն գողություն անվանելը շատ հասարակ կթվա»,- ասել է Օրալը՝ տեղեկացնելով, որ նախաքննական գաղտնիության պատճառով իրենք չեն կարողացել տեսնել մեղադրական եզրակացությունը: Փաստաբանը կարծիք է հայտնել, որ կարճ ժամանակահատվածում հնարավոր է գործն ուղարկվի դատարան:

Դեմիրջի ընտանիքի փաստաբանը հայտնել է նաև, որ կալանավորված 3 անձինք Հայաստանի քաղաքացիներ են: Դատական վերահսկողության պայմանով ազատ արձակված 12 կանանցից երկուսը Թուրքիայի Հանրապետության քաղաքացիներ են, ովքեր 20 տարի առաջ եկել են Հայաստանից և ձեռք են բերել Թուրքիայի քաղաքացիություն:

Փետրվարի 6-ին Շիշլիի Ջումհուրիեթ փողոցի տներից մեկում բնակվող հայ 85-ամյա Հակոբ Յաքուփ Դեմիրջիի և 79-ամյա ՍեդաԱիդա Դեմիրջիի տան վրա հարձակում էին գործել և տանից վերցրել թանկարժեք իրեր ու գումար: Կատարվածի մասին ահազանգելէր տան աշխատողը, ով հերթական անգամ եկել էր պոլսահայ զույգի տուն, սակայն դուռը նրա առջև ոչ ոք չէր բացել: ՀակոբԴեմիրջի ն մահացել էր, իսկ նրա կնոջը հոսպիտալացրել էին:

Հանցագործությունից հետո թուրքական ոստիկանությունը հետաքննություն էր սկսել հարձակվողներին հայտնաբերելունպատակով: Տարածքի տեսխցիկների ձայնագրություններից իրավապահները կարողացել էին իմանալ նրանց դեմքերը: Հայտնի էրդարձել նաև, որ հարձակում իրականացրած երեք անձինք մեքենա էին վարձել և Ստամբուլից ուղևորվել էին Տրապիզոն: Հենցայդտեղ էլ ոստիկանությունը նրանց ձերբակալել է: Հանցագործները կեղծ փաստաթղթերով նպատակ էին ունեցել Տրապիզոնիցգողոնով փախչել Վրաստան: Ձերբակալվել էին նաև Ստամբուլում հանցագործության իրականացմանն աջակցած, մեքենավարձած և արտասահման փախչելու հարցում նրանց օգնած 5 անձինք:

Փետրվարի 10-ին Տրապիզոնի հանրապետական դատախազությունը հայտարարություն էր տարածել այն մասին, որ հարձակումիրականացրածները ՀՀ քաղաքացիներ են: Ձերբակալված 8 անձանցից 5-ը կանայք էին, բոլորն էլ ՀՀ քաղաքացիներ: Նրանք են՝Արթուր Ա., Արամ Է., Սերգեյ Բ., Մարիաննա Է., Լիդա Բ., Նարգիզ Բ., Արմինե Մ., Քրիստինա Մ.: Տեղեկությունը, որձերբակալվածների շարքում կան ՀՀ քաղաքաց իներ, հաստատել է ՀՀ ԱԳՆ-ն: «Հյուպատոսական աջակցություն ցուցաբերելուհնարավորությունները սահմանափակված են դիվանագիտական հարաբերությունների բացակայության պատճառով»,- ասել է ԱԳՆխոսնակ Տիգրան Բալայանը:
