finance.ru–ն «Մասնագետները նշել են, որ Ռուսաստանը Հայաստանից բանջարեղենի և հատապտուղների մատակարարումների կարիք չունի» վերնագրով հոդվածում գրում է, որ ռուս արտադրողները բավարարում են լոլիկի, վարունգի և այլ բանջարաբոստանային մշակաբույսերի ներքին պահանջարկը, ուստի Հայաստանից այդ ապրանքների ներմուծման արգելքը չի ազդի շուկայի վրա, ՏԱՍՍ-ին ասել է Կուբանիի ջերմոցների ասոցիացիայի նախագահ Ալեքսեյ Կոնովալովը։

«Դժվար է ասել, թե որքան մասնաբաժին է զբաղեցնում Հայաստանը Ռուսաստան լոլիկի, վարունգի և այլ բանջարեղենի մատակարարման մեջ, չնայած նրանք ունեն մեծ ջերմոցային համալիրներ։ Փաստն այն է, որ վերջին հինգ տարվա ընթացքում Ռուսաստանը ներքին արտադրության միջոցով դարձել է ինքնաբավ իր սեփական կարիքների առնվազն 80 %-ով։ Եվ հիմա՝ տարվա այս ժամանակահատվածում, մենք, հավանաբար, 100 % ինքնաբավ ենք։ Հետևաբար, ներմուծման սահմանափակումը, հավանաբար, էական ազդեցություն չի ունենա», ասել է Կոնովալովը։

Նա բացատրել է, որ Ռուսաստանը մշակում է իր սեփական ջերմոցային բանջարեղենի արտադրության համակարգը՝ հաշվի առնելով տարբեր տարածաշրջանների առանձնահատկությունները։ Դա իրականացվում է տարբեր արտադրական տեխնոլոգիաների կիրառմամբ, ինչը թույլ է տալիս պիկային բերքահավաքը բաշխել Կրասնոդարի երկրամասի՝ բանջարեղենի խոշորագույն ներքին մատակարարի և այլ շրջանների միջև՝ ապահովելով, որ ռուսները հասանելիություն ունենան թարմ տեղական բանջարեղենին գրեթե ամբողջ տարվա ընթացքում։

Հատապտուղ արտադրողները նույնպես նմանատիպ իրավիճակում են։ «Հայաստանը հիմնականում ոչ սեզոնային ելակի մատակարար է, մատակարարում է Ռուսաստանի ընդհանուր սպառման 1 %-ից էլ պակասը։ Սա հիմնականում տեղի է ունենում ձմռան ամիսներին և վաղ գարնանը։ Ներկայում հայկական ելակը էական ազդեցություն չունի ռուսական շուկայի վրա ո՛չ ծավալի, ո՛չ էլ գնի առումով», - ՏԱՍՍ-ին ասել է Ռուսաստանի հատապտղագործների միության գլխավոր տնօրեն Իգոր Բուգորսկին։

Նա հավելել է, որ ներկայում հիմնական ներմուծումը գալիս է Թուրքիայից, Ադրբեջանից և Ղրղզստանից։ «Ռուսաստանը ևս ամեն տարի ավելացնում է արտադրության ծավալները։ Պակաս չի սպասվում», - ընդգծել է նա։

Հիշեցնենք, որ Ռոսսել խոզնադզորը (անասնաբուժական և բուսասանիտարական հսկողության դաշնային ծառայությունը) ժամանակավոր սահմանափակումներ է մտցնել Հայաստանից որոշակի հատապտուղների և թարմ բանջարեղենի, այդ թվում՝ լոլիկի, վարունգի, պղպեղի, համեմունքների և ելակի ներմուծման վրա:
