Մայիսի 25-ին արտակարգ դեպք է տեղի ունեցել Երևանում։ ՀՀ Ներքին գործերի նախարարության ոստիկանության համայնքային ոստիկանության գլխավոր վարչության Նոր Նորքի բաժին է դիմել Երևանի բնակիչ 30-ամյա Էրիկ Հ․-ն և հայտնել, որ ժամը 15։30-ի սահմաններում Թոթովենց փողոցի թիվ 12 շենքի բակում ոմն Արտակը և Գենան իրենց ընկերների հետ տարբեր ավտոմեքենաներով շրջափակել են իր կողմից վարած «Hongqi» մակնիշի ավտոմեքենան, կոպիտ կերպով խախտելով հասարակական կարգը, ցուցաբերելով բացահայտ անհարգալից վերաբերմունք հասարակության նկատմամբ, իր հասցեին հնչեցրել են հայհոյանքներ, փորձել իրեն դուրս հանել ավտոմեքենայից, ձեռքերով և ոտքերով հարվածել են ավտոմեքենային և ինքը դիմել է փախուստի՝ իր ավտոմեքենայով հարվածելով արգելափակած ավտոմեքենաներին։

Ինչպես հայտնում է ֆոտոլրագրող Գագիկ Շամշյանը, ոստիկանության Նոր Նորքի բաժնի ծառայողներն իրացնելով ստացված օպերատիվ տվյալները պարզել են, որ ոմն Արտակը հանդիսանում է 30-ամյա Արտակ Ա․-ն իսկ Գենան՝ Արարատի մարզի բնակիչ 31-ամյա Գենրիխ Ս․-ն ու վերջիններիս հետ եղել են Երևանի բնակիչ 26-ամյա Արթուր Ա․-ն՝ իր վարած «Hongqi» մակնիշի ավտոմեքենայով, Վայոց ձորի մարզի բնակիչ 31-ամյա Տիգրան Չ․-ն՝ իր վարած «Mercedes» մակնիշի ավտոմեքենայով և Արմավիրի մարզի բնակիչ 35-ամյա Լորիկ Բ․-ն՝ իր վարած «Toyota» մակնիշի ավտոմեքենայով։

Գ․ Շամշյանի տեղեկություններով ոստիկանության Նոր Նորքի բաժնի ծառայողների կողմից ձեռնարկվում են միջոցառումներ Արթուր Ա․-ին, Գենրիխ Ս․-ին, Արտակ Ա․-ին, Տիգրան Չ․-ին և Լորիկ Բ․-ին հայտնաբերելու ուղղությամբ։

Դեպքի փաստով ոստիկանության Նոր Նորքի բաժնում փաստաթղթեր են կազմվել, որոնք փոխանցվել են ՀՀ Քննչական կոմիտեի Երևան քաղաքի քննչական վարչության Ավան և Նոր Նորք վարչական շրջանների քննչական բաժին։
