Իսրայելի վարչապետ Բենիամին Նեթանյահուի և ԱՄՆ նախագահ Դոնալդ Թրամփի միջև Լիբանանի հարցով հրապարակային վեճը կրկին ի հայտ է բերել Իսրայելի ռազմական ծրագրերի և Նեթանյահուի քաղաքական դիրքի կախվածությունը Վաշինգտոնի դիրքորոշումից, գրում է Axios-ը։

Պարբերականի աղբյուրների տվյալներով՝ չնայած Իրանի հարցում կողմերի միջև առկա սերտ համակարգմանը և գրեթե ամենօրյա շփումներին, երկու վարչակազմերում էլ ընդունում են, որ հակամարտության զարգացմանը զուգընթաց իրենց շահերը կարող են տարամիտվել։ Նեթանյահուի շրջապատում աճում են մտավախությունները, որ այդ պահն արդեն հասունանում է։

Ինքը՝ Նեթանյահուն, ավելի վաղ «բաց հարց» էր անվանել Թրամփի հետ իր համաձայնեցվածության աստիճանն այն հարցում, թե ինչպես պետք է ավարտվի Իրանի հետ հակամարտությունը։

Իսրայելում մոտեցող ընտրությունների և «Հըզբոլլահի» շարունակվող հարձակումների պատճառով առաջացած ներքին ճնշման պայմաններում, վարչապետը քննադատության է ենթարկվում հայտարարված նպատակներին՝ պաղեստինյան ՀԱՄԱՍ խմբավորման ոչնչացմանը և Իրանում վարչակարգի փոփոխությանը չհասնելու համար։

Աղբյուրների տվյալներով՝ Նեթանյահուն դիտարկում էր Բեյրութում «Հըզբոլլահի» թիրախներին զանգվածային հարվածներ հասցնելու հնարավորությունը, սակայն հրաժարվել է այդ ծրագրից Թրամփի հետ ունեցած ծանր զրույցից հետո, որը դեմ է արտահայտվել լարվածության սրացմանը։

Հաղորդվում է, որ հեռախոսազրույցի ընթացքում ԱՄՆ նախագահը իսրայելցի առաջնորդից կտրուկ պահանջել է հրաժարվել Բեյրութին հարվածելու մտքից՝ մտավախություն ունենալով, որ դա կձախողի Լիբանանի հարցով դիվանագիտական ջանքերը և կունենա հնարավոր հետևանքներ Իրանի հետ բանակցությունների համար։ Իսրայելական աղբյուրը զրույցը բնութագրել է որպես «շատ կոշտ»՝ հայտարարելով, որ Թրամփը փաստացի պնդել է լարվածության թուլացման վրա։

Իսրայելում այդ դրվագի արձագանքը միանշանակ չի եղել. Նեթանյահուի ընդդիմախոսները և դաշնակիցների մի մասը հայտարարել են, որ երկիրը ռիսկի է դիմում հայտնվել ԱՄՆ-ի «վասալի» կարգավիճակում և կորցնել ինքնուրույնությունը անվտանգության հարցերում։

Միևնույն ժամանակ, ԱՄՆ ներկայացուցիչները նշում են, որ Թրամփը ձգտում է ավարտել հակամարտությունը և համաձայնության հասնել Իրանի հետ, մինչդեռ Նեթանյահուն, նրանց պնդմամբ, ռազմական գործողությունների դադարեցման հարցում ավելի քիչ պատրաստակամություն է ցուցաբերում։

Վաշինգտոնում իսրայելական և լիբանանյան ներկայացուցիչների միջև անցկացված բանակցություններից հետո հայտարարվել է հնարավոր հրադադարի ծրագրի մասին, սակայն դրա իրականացումը կախված է «Հըզբոլլահի» դիրքորոշումից։

Դեռևս անհայտ է՝ արդյո՞ք խմբավորումը կընդունի առաջարկված պայմանները։ Համաձայնագրի ձախողման և «Հըզբոլլահի» հարձակումների շարունակման դեպքում Բեյրութին նոր հարվածներ հասցնելու հարցը կարող է կրկին վերադառնալ օրակարգ։
