Լիբանանյան բանակի զինծառայողները վերականգնել են վերահսկողությունը երկրի հարավում գտնվող Դիբբին քաղաքի նկատմամբ այն բանից հետո, երբ այնտեղից դուրս են բերվել իսրայելական ուժերը։ Այս մասին ասված է բանակի մամուլի ծառայության հայտարարության մեջ, հաղորդում է ՏԱՍՍ-ը:

Դրանում նշվում է, որ ինժեներական ստորաբաժանումները մաքրել են Դիբբինը հարևան Մարջայուն և Իբլ էս-Սակի քաղաքներին միացնող մայրուղու անցումը։ Սակրավորները վնասազերծում են չպայթած զինամթերքը՝ տեղի բնակիչների վերադարձի նախապատրաստման շրջանակներում։

Lebanon Debate լրատվական պորտալի տեղեկություններով՝ Դիբբինում գործողությունն իրականացվում է այն պայմանավորվածությունների համաձայն, որոնք ձեռք են բերվել հունիսի 2-3-ը Վաշինգտոնում կայացած լիբանանա-իսրայելական բանակցությունների ընթացքում։

Դրանք նախատեսում են իսրայելական զորքերի կողմից Հարավային Լիբանանում իրենց զբաղեցրած շրջանների փուլային ազատում՝ շիական «Հեզբոլլահ» կազմակերպության կազմավորումների հետապնդման շրջանակներում։ Իրենց հերթին, լիբանանցի զինվորականները պարտավորություններ են ստանձնում պահպանել անվտանգությունը Լիբանանի հարավում և թույլ չտալ շիա գրոհայինների վերադարձն այնտեղ։

Դիբբինը գտնվում է Լիտանի գետից արևելք, Նաբատիայից՝ համանուն նահանգի վարչական կենտրոնից 30 կմ հեռավորության վրա։ Նրա շահավետ դիրքը թույլ է տալիս բարձունքից վերահսկել Հարավային Լիբանանի արևելյան հատվածը և Իքլիմ էթ-Թուֆահ շրջանը, որը համարվում է «Հեզբոլլահի» հենակետը։

Դիբբինից իսրայելական ուժերի հեռանալուց հետո լիբանանցի զինվորականները պետք է ցուցադրեն իրավիճակը վերահսկողության տակ պահելու և «Հեզբոլլահի» հարձակումներին դիմակայելու կարողությունը։ Ինչպես նշում է պորտալը, եթե փորձարկումը հաջող անցնի, ապա հաջորդ փուլում կդիտարկվի Արնուն, Զաութար էշ-Շարքիա և Յոխմուր բնակավայրերի միջև ընկած եռանկյունին լիբանանյան բանակի ձեռքը անցնելու տարբերակը, որոնք գտնվում են Նաբատիայի շրջակայքում՝ միջնադարյան Բոֆոր բերդի կողքին։
