Գրեյպֆրուտի հյութը կարող է վտանգավոր լինել որոշ դեղամիջոցների հետ համատեղ

Գիտնականները վաղուց են զգուշացնում, որ գրեյպֆրուտը և դրա հյութը կարող են փոխազդել մի շարք դեղամիջոցների հետ։ Որոշ հետազոտություններ նաև ցույց են տվել, որ գրեյպֆրուտի հյութի և քինին պարունակող տոնիկ ջրի համադրությունը որոշ դեպքերում կարող է առողջական խնդիրների պատճառ դառնալ։

Մասնագետների հիմնական մտահոգությունն այն է, որ գրեյպֆրուտը արգելակում է CYP3A4 կոչվող ֆերմենտի աշխատանքը։ Այս ֆերմենտը մասնակցում է բազմաթիվ դեղամիջոցների նյութափոխանակությանը, ուստի դրա ակտիվության նվազումը կարող է հանգեցնել դեղամիջոցի չափազանց բարձր խտության օրգանիզմում։ Առանձնապես զգուշություն է պահանջվում խոլեստերինի մակարդակը նվազեցնող որոշ դեղամիջոցների, ինչպես նաև մի շարք այլ դեղերի դեպքում։

Ինչու՞ կարող է վտանգավոր լինել տոնիկի հետ համադրությունը

Տարբեր գիտական ուսումնասիրություններ ցույց են տվել, որ գրեյպֆրուտի հյութը և քինին պարունակող տոնիկ ջուրը միասին օգտագործելու դեպքում կարող են ուժեղանալ որոշ անցանկալի ազդեցություններ։ Քինինը կարող է ազդել սրտի ռիթմի վրա, իսկ գրեյպֆրուտը՝ փոխել դրա նյութափոխանակությունը։

Բժիշկները հատկապես խորհուրդ են տալիս զգույշ լինել սրտի ռիթմի խանգարումներ ունեցող մարդկանց, քանի որ այս համադրությունը կարող է մեծացնել բարդությունների վտանգը։

Մասնագետները նաև խորհուրդ են տալիս ցանկացած դեղորայք ընդունելու դեպքում ճշտել բժշկի կամ դեղագետի հետ, թե արդյոք թույլատրելի է գրեյպֆրուտի հյութի օգտագործումը։ Որոշ դեղամիջոցների դեպքում նման համադրությունը կարող է հանգեցնել անցանկալի կողմնակի ազդեցությունների։

Գրականության մեջ նկարագրված են նաև դեպքեր, երբ քինին պարունակող տոնիկի և գրեյպֆրուտի հյութի մեծ քանակի օգտագործումից հետո մարդիկ հոսպիտալացվել են։ Նման դեպքերից մեկում 31-ամյա տղամարդու մոտ զարգացել էր սրտի ռիթմի վտանգավոր խանգարում, որը չբուժվելու դեպքում կարող էր հանգեցնել ծանր բարդությունների։

Կարևոր է նշել, որ գրեյպֆրուտի հյութը ինքնին «մահաբեր» չէ, սակայն որոշ դեղամիջոցների կամ քինին պարունակող ըմպելիքների հետ համատեղ օգտագործման դեպքում կարող է առողջական ռիսկեր առաջացնել։
