Կառավարության այսօրվա նիստին ՏՄՊՊՀ նախագահ Արտակ Շաբոյանն ասաց, որ ալյուրի գներն իջել են: Ըստ նրա՝ դա պայմանավորված է ռուսական շուկայում ալյուրի գների 30 տոկոսով նվազմամբ: ՏՄՊՊՀ նախագահն ընդգծեց, որ մենք մեծ չափով ալյուր ներկրում ենք հենց Ռուսաստանից: Այնուհանդերձ, ըստ Արտակ Շաբոյանի, հացի գները չեն իջել դրան ադեկվատ:

Շաբոյանի գլխավորած հանձնաժողովն ուսումնասիրություններ է կատարել 10 խոշոր արտադրողների մոտ և պարզել, որ 2015 թվականին հացի գները նվազել են 9-ից 10 տոկոսի չափով: Մեր համաքաղաքացիներից ոմանք, այնուամենայնիվ, պնդում են, որ էժանացում չեն նկատել խանութներում: «Իրազեկ և պաշտպանված սպառող» ՀԿ նախագահ Բաբկեն Պիպոյանը Past.am-ի հետ զրույցում նշեց, որ տեսանելի գնանկում չկա:

«Գնային մոնիթորինգը բավականին բարդությունների հետ է կապված, որովհետև հաճախ հացը վաճառվում է առանց ուղեկցող փաստաթղթերի, առանց քաշի և որակի համապատասխանության մակնշման:Այսինքն՝ եթե մենք տեսնում ենք նույնանման հացի գինը չի փոխվել, ապա դա չի նշանակում, որ գինն իսկապես չի փոխվել, քանի որ մենք պետք իմանանք նաև ճշգրիտ քաշը: Առաջին հայացքից հայտարարված գինը դեռ ոչինչ չի ասում: Մենք կարող ենք գնային փոփոխություն չտեսնել, բայց լինի քաշի մեջ փոփոխություն: Քաշն ավելանա՝ կունենանք գնանկում, պակասի՝ գնաճ: Պետք իմանալ՝ ինչն ինչի հետ ենք համեմատում: Վիզուալը դեռ չափորոշիչ չէ: Շուկայում իրավիճակն անվերահսկելի է: Այն թույլ չի տալիս օբյեկտիվ պատկերացում կազմել: Նրանք, ովքեր ասում են՝ ունենք գնաճ կամ գնանկում, մի քիչ կոպիտ է հնչում, բայց սիրողական մոտեցում են ցուցաբերում»,-  ասաց Բաբկեն Պիպոյանը:
