Shabat.am-ը գրում է.
Աչքերի տակի մաշկը բարակ է և նուրբ: Դրա միջով անցնում են մազանոթները` շատ փոքր արյունատար անոթները: Անոթի պայթելու ժամանակ տեղի է ունենում արյունազեղում և աչքերի տակ շրջանակներ են առաջանում:
Անոթների փխրունությունը աչքերի տակ սև շրջանակների առաջացման պատճառներից մեկն է: Աչքերի տակ գտնվող մազանոթներն այնքան բարակ են, որ դրանցում արյան էրիթրոցիտները միայն մեկ շերտով են անցնում: Բարձր ճնշումը և մազանոթների փխրունությունը հանգեցնում են անոթների պատի վնասման, որի հետևանքով էրիթրոցիտները դուրս են գալիս մաշկի մակաերես և տեղի է ունենում արյունազեղում: Վերջինիս պարբերաբար կրկնվելու դեպքում աչքերի տակ առաջանում են մուգ շրջանակներ. փաստացի դրանք կապտուկներ են:
Աչքերի տակի մուգ շրջանակները կարելի է թաքցնել շպարի օգնությամբ
Կապտուկը շտկելու համար պետք է օգտագործել գունավոր շպար: Սկզբում պետք է օգտագործել սպիտակ գույնը, որը մեղմացնում է վառ կապույտը: Ապա քսել վարդագույն երանգ: Արդեն վարդագույն երանգ ստացած կապտուկին ավելացնել դեղինը: Արդյունքում ստացվում է մաշկի բնական գույն:
Աչքերի տակի մուգ շրջանակներից կօգնեն ազատվել աչքերի մկանների շրջանաձև վարժությունները:
Վարժությունների առաջին մաս. նայել առաջ, ապա ձախ, հետո աջ, վերև և ներքև: Շարժումները պետք է լարված և ակտիվ լինեն: Կրկնել գործողությունը 5-6 անգամ: Ապա կատարել աչքերի շրջանաձև շարժում ժամացույցի սլաքի ուղղությամբ, հետո սլաքին հակառակ ուղղությամբ:
Վարժությունների երկրորդ մաս. մի քանի անգամ ուժեղ կծկել աչքերը 3-4 վայրկյանով: Օգտակար է նաև աչքերի թույլ մերսումը:
