Սեղմեք ԱՅՍՏԵՂ, լրացրեք օնլայն հայտը և մոռացեք հոսանքի վարձի մասին 

Այս ընտրությունները հերթական քննություն էին մեր ժողովրդավարական մշակույթի, պետականության կերտման համար: Այս մասին գրել է ՀՀ նախագահ Վահագն Խաչատուրյանը:

«Սիրելի՛ հայրենակիցներ, Ազգային ժողովի ընտրություններով Հայաստանը թևակոխում է քաղաքական զարգացման նոր հանգրվան։ Այս ընտրությունները հերթական քննություն էին մեր ժողովրդավարական մշակույթի, պետականության կերտման, հանրային պատասխանատվության և պետական ինստիտուտների կայացվածության համար։

Քաղաքացիների ազատ կամարտահայտմամբ ձևավորված արդյունքներն այն իրավական ու բարոյական հիմքն են, որի վրա հենվում է պետական իշխանության լեգիտիմությունը։

Իմ խորին երախտագիտությունն եմ հայտնում Հայաստանի Հանրապետության բոլոր քաղաքացիներին, ովքեր իրենց մասնակցությամբ վերահաստատեցին, որ ժողովրդավարությունը մեր պետության անշրջելի ընտրությունն է։

Շնորհակալություն եմ հայտնում ընտրական գործընթացի կազմակերպման, օրինականության և թափանցիկության ապահովման գործում ներգրավված բոլոր անձանց և մարմիններին, տեղական և միջազգային դիտորդական առաքելություններին ու զանգվածային լրատվամիջոցներին։

Ժողովրդավարական համակարգում ընտրությունները քաղաքական գործընթացի ավարտ չեն, այլ նոր և առավել մեծ պատասխանատվության սկիզբ։

Գաղափարական ու ծրագրային մրցակցությունը ժողովրդավարության կենսատու ուժն է և ընտրություններից հետո բոլորիս գործունեության ուղեցույցը պետք է լինի մեկ գերակա նպատակ՝ Հայաստանի Հանրապետության ազգային և պետական շահը։

Շնորհավորում եմ «Քաղաքացիական պայմանագիր» կուսակցությանը քաղաքացիների վստահությունն ու խորհրդարանական մեծամասնություն ստանալու կապակցությամբ։ Ընտրությունների արդյունքները նախորդ ժամանակահատվածում իրականացված գործունեության հանրային գնահատականն են, ինչպես նաև երկրի հետագա զարգացման, ներկայացված ծրագրերը կյանքի կոչելու համար տրված քաղաքական լիազորություն։

Շնորհավորում եմ Ազգային ժողովում ներկայացված լինելու իրավունք ստացած քաղաքական ուժերին, որոնց ստացած մանդատը երկրի կառավարման պատասխանատվությանը մասնակից լինելու պատվիրակում է։

Ազգային ժողովը պետական մտածողության, արգասաբեր երկխոսության և քաղաքական բարձր մշակույթի հարթակ է։ Մեր պետության առջև ծառացած արդի մարտահրավերները պահանջում են ռազմավարական հեռատեսություն և միասնականություն։ Մաղթում եմ անդուլ ու արդյունավետ աշխատանք՝ հանուն Հայաստանի Հանրապետության հզորացման և մեր ժողովրդի բարօրության»։
