ՆԳՆ ոստիկանությունը ճանապարհային երթևեկության բնականոն կազմակերպման և քաղաքացիների անվտանգության ապահովման նպատակով հետևողականորեն վերահսկողություն է իրականացնում։
Պարեկային ծառայությունը մշտադիտարկում է երթևեկության մասնակիցների վարքագիծը՝ հայտնաբերելով և արձանագրելով իրավախախտումները։ Մասնավորապես, ուշադրության կենտրոնում են երկրորդ շարքում կանգնած կամ կայանված տրանսպորտային միջոցները, որոնք խոչընդոտում են երթևեկության բնականոն ընթացքը, առաջացնում խցանումներ և լրացուցիչ դժվարություններ երթևեկության մյուս մասնակիցների համար։
«Քանի որ երկրորդ շարքում կայանված մեքենաները հանդիսանում են խցանման պատճառ, իսկ Պարեկային ծառայության գործառույթներից է նաև երթևեկության կարգավորումը, այդ իսկ պատճառով կատարվում է մշտադիտարկում և կազմվում են արձանագրություններ»,- նշում է Պարեկային ծառայության Երևան քաղաքի գնդի պարեկ Նարեկ Միքայելյանը։
Իրավախախտումները սահմանված կարգով արձանագրվում են, իսկ խախտում կատարած անձինք՝ ենթարկվում վարչական պատասխանատվության։
2026 թվականի մայիսի 1-ից մինչև մայիսի 31-ն ընկած ժամանակահատվածում երկրորդ շարքում կանգառ կամ կայանում կատարելու համար Պարեկային ծառայության կողմից կազմվել է 7595 վարչական արձանագրություն, ինչը 2025 թվականի նույն ժամանակահատվածի համեմատ ավել է 2825-ով։ 2025 թվականին կազմվել է 4770 վարչական արձանագրություն։
ՆԳՆ Ոստիկանությունը հորդորում է պահպանել ճանապարհային երթևեկության կանոնները և ցուցաբերել փոխադարձ հարգանք ճանապարհային երթևեկության մյուս մասնակիցների նկատմամբ։ Կանոնների պահպանումը ոչ միայն օգնում է կանխել խցանումները, այլև նպաստում է ավելի անվտանգ և կազմակերպված երթևեկության ապահովմանը։
