Կարևորելով հանրությանը պատշաճ և սպառիչ տեղեկատվություն տրամադրելու Կենտրոնական ընտրական հանձնաժողովի հանձնառությունը՝ ԿԸՀ-ն իրազեկում է.
««Հայաստանի Հանրապետության ընտրական օրենսգիրք» սահմանադրական օրենքի (այսուհետ նաև՝ Ընտրական օրենսգրք) 8-րդ հոդվածի 7-րդ մասի համաձայն, Ազգային ժողովի ընտրությունների ժամանակ լիազոր մարմինը՝ ՀՀ ՆԳՆ Միգրացիայի և քաղաքացիության ծառայությունը, քվեարկության նախորդ օրը հրապարակում է ՀՀ ընտրողների ռեգիստրում ընդգրկված միայն քաղաքացիական ընտրողների ընդհանուր թիվը։
Սակայն, գոյություն ունեն ընտրողների մի շարք այլ ցուցակներ, որոնք կազմվում են այլ իրավասու մարմինների կողմից, մասնավորապես՝
քրեակատարողական հիմնարկներում գտնվող ընտրողների,
ձերբակալված անձանց պահման վայրերում գտնվող ընտրողների,
զորամասերում կազմվող ընտրողների,
քվեարկության օրը տեղամասային կենտրոնում կազմվող լրացուցիչ ցուցակներում ընդգրկված ընտրողների ցուցակները։
Նշված տվյալները ներառվում են Կենտրոնական ընտրական հանձնաժողովի կողմից կազմվող քվեարկության արդյունքների ամփոփիչ արձանագրություններում, բայց չեն կարող արտացոլվել լիազոր մարմնի կողմից հրապարակվող տվյալներում։
Կրկին հիշեցնում ենք, որ Ընտրական օրենսգրքի 8-րդ հոդվածի 12-րդ մասի համաձայն՝ զորամասերում հաշվառված ընտրողների թիվը որևէ ձևաչափով հրապարակման ենթակա չեն։ Ընտրական օրենսգրքով սահմանված է, որ զորամասում հաշվառված ընտրողների ցուցակները ԸԸՀ նախագահներին տրամադրվում են քվեարկության օրվանից 3 օր առաջ փակ և կնքված ծրարով, որը բացվում է միայն քվեարկության օրը՝ այն պահին, երբ ընտրական տեղամաս են այցելում զորամասի ցուցակում ընդգրկված ընտրողները:
