Հարգելի՛ հայրենակիցներ,

Այսօր մենք կանգնած ենք մի հանգրվանում, որտեղ քաղաքական պատրանքներն ու ստերը վերջնականապես բախվում են դաժան իրականությանը։ Գործող վարչակազմը հերթական ընտրական փուլին մոտեցել է երկու հիմնական ուղեբեռով, որոնք փորձում է վաճառել մեր հանրությանը՝ այսպես կոչված «Թրամպի միջանցք» և «Խաղաղության պայմանագիր»։

Բայց եկեք իրերն իրենց անուններով կոչենք. այս երկու նախագծերն էլ տապալված են։
Առաջինը՝ միջանցքի նախագիծը, չի՛ կայանալու։Չի կայանալու, որովհետև Իրանը թույլ չի տալու տարածաշրջանում սահմանների ու աշխարհաքաղաքական քարտեզի փոփոխություն։ Իսկ այս արկածախնդրության դիմաց Ռուսաստանի հետ հրահրվող առևտրատնտեսական պատերազմը մեր երկիրը տանելու է ուղիղ տնտեսական սնանկացման։ Առանց այն էլ խոցելի տնտեսությունը պարզապես չի դիմանալու այս հարվածին։

Երկրորդ ուղեբեռը Ադրբեջանի պահանջով ՀՀ Սահմանադրության փոփոխությունն է։ Սա այն խոստումն է, որը նիկոլ փաշինյանը տվել է արտաքին ուժերին, բայց այսօր տեխնիկապես ու իրավականորեն չի կարող կատարել։ Նա չունի և չի կարողանալու ապահովել Ազգային ժողովի 2/3 ձայները, իսկ առկա հանրային տրամադրությունների պայմաններում ցանկացած հանրաքվե վերածվելու է իր իսկ հրաժարականի հանրաքվեի։

Այժմ իշխանությունը հայտնվել է իրավաքաղաքական թակարդում։ Մի կողմից՝ փլվող տնտեսական աղետն է, մյուս կողմից՝ արտաքին ճնշումներն ու սեփական խոստումների անկատարելիությունը։
 
Ո՞րն է լինելու նրանց ելքը։ Այս իրավիճակը կարգավորելու և սեփական կաշին փրկելու միակ հնարը մնում է արտահերթ ընտրությունների գնալը։

Այս նպատակի համար նրանք օգտագործելու են Սահմանադրական դատարանը՝ ստեղծելու համար արհեստական իրավական ճգնաժամ կամ նախադեպ, որը կհանգեցնի խորհրդարանի լուծարմանը։ Սցենարը պարզ է. գնալ արտահերթ ընտրությունների, փորձել կեղծիքով կամ մանիպուլյացիաներով նոր մանդատ պոկել ժողովրդից, որպեսզի հետո այդ մանդատի թիկունքում թաքնվելով՝ կատարեն արտաքին բոլոր պահանջներն ու փոխեն Մայր օրենքը։

Էս է ամբողջը, հարգելի՛ քաղաքացիներ։ Ոչ մի պատրանք չպետք է ունենալ։

Իշխանությունը պատրաստվում է նոր մանիպուլյացիոն հնարքի։ Ուստի, պատրաստվե՛ք նոր արտահերթ ընտրությունների։ Պատրաստվե՛ք ոչ թե պասիվ դիտորդ լինելու, այլ այս կործանարար շղթան կոտրելու և երկիրը վերջնական կործանումից փրկելու համար։
