Այն, ինչ քիչ առաջ կատարվեց Կենտրոնական ընտրական հանձնաժողովում, ոչ այլ ինչ է, քան դասական այլանդակություն։ Գիշերվա կեսին, մթության քողի տակ, գաղտագողի կայացված այս խայտառակությունը ուղիղ ԲՀԿ–ին ուղղված հարված էր, որի նպատակը բոլոր հնարավոր միջոցներով ԲՀԿ–ին ԱԺ մտնել թույլ չտալն է։
 
Ակնհայտ է, որ անվավեր են ճանաչվել հատկապես այն տեղամասերի արդյունքները, որտեղ Բարգավաճ Հայաստան կուսակցությունը ստացել է մեծ թվով քվեներ։ Սա ընտրողների ձայների գողության ամենացայտուն դրսևորումն է, որը հերթական անգամ ապացուցում է, որ տեղի ունեցող գործընթացը որևէ առնչություն չունի արդար և թափանցիկ ընտրությունների գաղափարի հետ և կասկածի տակ է դնում ընտրության ամբողջ գործընթացի օրինականությունը։ Ընդունված որոշմամբ ամենակոպիտ ձևով ոտնահարվում է քաղաքացիների սահմանադրական իրավունքը՝ ազատորեն արտահայտված կամքը։
 
Մենք բոլոր հնարավոր օրինական և իրավական միջոցներով պայքարելու ենք այս հակաօրինական գործընթացի դեմ։ Արդեն վաղը բողոքարկելու ենք այս ապօրինի որոշումը և օգտագործելու ենք ամբողջ իրավական գործիքակազմը՝ կանխելու և կասեցնելու այսպիսի կամայականությունները։
