ՇՄ նախարարությունը հորդորում է զերծ մնալ գետեր, լճեր և այլ բնական ջրային միջավայրեր կենդանական տեսակներ ինքնակամ բաց թողնելու քայլերից

Հայաստանի շրջակա միջավայրի նախարարությունը քաղաքացիներին հորդորում է զերծ մնալ գետեր, լճեր և այլ բնական ջրային միջավայրեր կենդանական տեսակներ ինքնակամ բաց թողնելու գործողություններից։

«Արմենպրես»-ի փոխանցմամբ՝ ՀՀ շրջակա միջավայրի նախարարությունն այդ մասին հայտարարություն է տարածել։

«Վերջին շրջանում արձանագրվել են դեպքեր, երբ տարբեր ձկնատեսակներ ինքնակամ բաց են թողնվել ջրային ավազաններ։

Հիշեցնում ենք, որ Սևանա լիճը և նրա ջրհավաք ավազանը Հայաստանի Հանրապետության համար ունեն բացառիկ բնապահպանական, ջրային և կենսաբազմազանության նշանակություն։ Այդ պատճառով Սևանա լճում, նրա ջրհավաք ավազանում, գետերում և այլ բնական ջրային միջավայրերում ցանկացած միջամտություն, այդ թվում՝ կենդանական տեսակների բացթողումը, կարող է իրականացվել բացառապես օրենքով սահմանված կարգով, համապատասխան մասնագիտական գնահատման և լիազոր մարմնի թույլտվության հիման վրա։

Թեև նման գործողությունները հաճախ կատարվում են բարի մտադրությամբ, առանց մասնագիտական գնահատման դրանք կարող են հանգեցնել լուրջ և երբեմն անդառնալի հետևանքների՝ խաթարել բնական էկոհամակարգերի հավասարակշռությունը, վտանգել տեղական ձկնատեսակների պահպանությունը, նպաստել օտարածին կամ ինվազիվ տեսակների տարածմանը, տարածել հիվանդություններ և մակաբույծներ, բացասաբար ազդել Սևանա լճի և հարակից ջրային էկոհամակարգերի կենսաբազմազանության վրա։

Հորդորում ենք զերծ մնալ գետեր, լճեր և այլ բնական ջրային միջավայրեր կենդանական տեսակներ ինքնակամ բաց թողնելու գործողություններից։

Բնության պահպանությունը պահանջում է ոչ միայն բարի կամք, այլև գիտական հիմնավորում, մասնագիտական գնահատում և գործող օրենսդրությամբ սահմանված ընթացակարգերի պահպանում։

Բարի մտադրությունը չպետք է վերածվի բնության համար վտանգավոր միջամտության։

Եթե տեղեկություններ ունեք նման դեպքերի վերաբերյալ, խնդրում ենք այդ մասին հայտնել լիազոր կամ իրավապահ մարմիններին՝ հնարավոր բացասական հետևանքները կանխելու նպատակով»,- ասված է հայտարարության մեջ։
