2026 թվականի հունիսի 12-ի դրությամբ առողջապահական կառույցները շարունակում են հետևել հանտավիրուսի հետ կապված դեպքերին, որոնք վերջին շաբաթներին միջազգային ուշադրության կենտրոնում են հայտնվել։ Հատկապես մեծ արձագանք էր ստացել «MV Hondius» զբոսանավի հետ կապված բռնկումը, որտեղ արձանագրվել էին վարակման մի շարք դեպքեր և մահվան ելքեր։

Զբոսանավի բռնկման հետևանքները

Առողջապահության համաշխարհային կազմակերպության տվյալներով՝ զբոսանավի հետ կապված դեպքերի մեծ մասը կապվում է «Անդես» շտամի հանտավիրուսի հետ, որը համարվում է այս վիրուսի այն հազվադեպ տեսակներից մեկը, որը կարող է փոխանցվել նաև մարդուց մարդ։ Մայիսին հաստատվել էին տասնյակից ավելի դեպքեր, այդ թվում՝ մահվան մի քանի դեպք։ Սակայն մասնագետները շարունակում են ընդգծել, որ լայնածավալ համաճարակի վտանգ այս պահին չի դիտարկվում։

Նոր դեպքերի մշտադիտարկում

Վերջին օրերին ԱՄՆ-ում և Եվրոպայում առողջապահական ծառայությունները շարունակել են հսկողությունը այն անձանց նկատմամբ, որոնք հնարավոր շփում են ունեցել վարակվածների հետ։ Հունիսի սկզբին մի շարք երկրներում ավարտվել են կարանտինային միջոցառումները, իսկ հսկողության տակ գտնվող անձանց մեծ մասը վերադարձել է բնականոն կյանքին՝ առանց հիվանդության ախտանիշների դրսևորման։

Միաժամանակ ԱՄՆ-ի Կալիֆոռնիա նահանգում ուսումնասիրվում է հանտավիրուսի հնարավոր նոր դեպք, որը գրանցվել է քրեակատարողական հիմնարկում։ Նմուշները փոխանցվել են լաբորատոր հետազոտության, իսկ վերջնական արդյունքները դեռևս չեն հրապարակվել։

Ի՞նչ է հանտավիրուսը

Հանտավիրուսը հիմնականում տարածվում է կրծողների արտաթորանքների, մեզի կամ թքի հետ շփման միջոցով։ Հիվանդության առաջին ախտանիշները հաճախ նման են գրիպի՝ բարձր ջերմություն, մկանային ցավեր, թուլություն և գլխացավ։ Ծանր դեպքերում այն կարող է հանգեցնել շնչառական լուրջ բարդությունների։

Մասնագետները հիշեցնում են, որ մարդկանց մեծամասնության համար վարակման ռիսկը շարունակում է մնալ ցածր, իսկ հիվանդության հիմնական կանխարգելումը կապված է կրծողների հետ շփումից խուսափելու և հիգիենայի կանոնների պահպանման հետ։
