2026 թվականի հունիսի 13-ի դրությամբ Ռուսաստանի արտաքին գործերի նախարար Սերգեյ Լավրովը շարունակում է մնալ միջազգային քաղաքականության ուշադրության կենտրոնում՝ վերջին հայտարարություններով անդրադառնալով ինչպես Ուկրաինայի պատերազմին, այնպես էլ հետխորհրդային տարածաշրջանում ընթացող գործընթացներին։

Վերջին օրերին ռուսական դիվանագիտության ղեկավարը հայտարարել է, որ ռուս-ուկրաինական հակամարտության ապագան, ըստ Մոսկվայի գնահատականների, որոշվելու է առաջին հերթին ռազմաճակատում ձևավորվող իրավիճակով։ Նրա խոսքով՝ ռազմական գործողությունների ընթացքը շարունակում է առանցքային ազդեցություն ունենալ քաղաքական գործընթացների և հնարավոր բանակցային հեռանկարների վրա։

Լավրովը նաև նշել է, որ Ռուսաստանը շարունակում է հավատարիմ մնալ իր ազգային անվտանգության առաջնահերթություններին և ակնկալում է, որ ցանկացած ապագա բանակցային գործընթաց հաշվի կառնի առկա իրողությունները։ Նրա հայտարարությունները հնչում են այն ժամանակ, երբ միջազգային տարբեր հարթակներում շարունակվում են քննարկումները հակամարտության հնարավոր կարգավորման շուրջ։

Միաժամանակ Ռուսաստանի արտաքին գործերի նախարարը անդրադարձել է նաև տարածաշրջանային ինտեգրացիոն գործընթացներին։ Նա ընդգծել է, որ հետխորհրդային տարածքում գործող տնտեսական և անվտանգության կառույցների ապագան կարևոր նշանակություն ունի անդամ պետությունների համար, իսկ վերջին տարիներին տեղի ունեցող աշխարհաքաղաքական փոփոխությունները նոր մարտահրավերներ են ստեղծում այդ համագործակցության ձևաչափերի համար։

Քաղաքագետների գնահատմամբ՝ Լավրովի հայտարարությունները վկայում են այն մասին, որ Մոսկվան առաջիկայում ևս մտադիր է պահպանել իր ներկայիս արտաքին քաղաքական գիծը՝ կենտրոնանալով անվտանգության, տարածաշրջանային ազդեցության և միջազգային գործընկերությունների հարցերի վրա։
