Հայտնի ամերիկացի երգիչ Ջեյսոն Դերուլոն հայտնվել է լուրջ քննադատության կենտրոնում։ Կենդանիների իրավունքների պաշտպանները և երկրպագուները քննադատության են ենթարկել նրան, երբ նա ցուցադրել է շնաձկներով լի շքեղ, 1 միլիոն դոլար արժողությամբ ներկառուցված ակվարիումը։
36-ամյա հիթմեյքերը հայտնի յութուբեր N3-ի համար շրջայց է կազմակերպել իր 15 միլիոն դոլար արժողությամբ շքեղ առանձնատանը, որը գտնվում է Տարզանայում, Կալիֆոռնիա։ Տան գլխավոր առանձնահատկությունը հսկայական, շրջանաձև ակվարիումն է, որը կառուցված է անմիջապես հյուրասենյակի հատակին։ Կառույցը ծածկված է գերամուր ապակիով, ինչը թույլ է տալիս հյուրերին բառացիորեն քայլել գիշատիչների գլուխների վրայով, երբ նրանք լողում են ներքևում։
Դերուլոն խոստովանել է, որ այս արվեստի գործի ստեղծումը պահանջել է հսկայական ժամանակ և գումար։
Արտիստը նաև շտապել է հավաստիացնել, որ ձկների մասին մասնագիտական խնամք է ցուցաբերվում. ակվարիումների թիմը այցելում է յուրաքանչյուր երկու օրը մեկ՝ ակվարիումը մաքրելու և ջրի որակը ստուգելու համար։

Այնուամենայնիվ, երգչի բարի մտադրությունները չեն գնահատվել։ Հենց որ տեսանյութի հատվածները տարածվեցին TikTok-ում, Կենդանիների բարեկեցության միջազգային հիմնադրամը (IFAW) պաշտոնական հայտարարություն տարածեց՝ մեղադրելով Դերուլոյին իր միլիոնավոր լսարանի համար «զզվելի օրինակ» ծառայելու մեջ։
«Շնաձկները ներկայումս հսկայական ճնշման տակ են՝ չափազանց ձկնորսության, օվկիանոսի աղտոտման և իրենց բնական միջավայրի ոչնչացման պատճառով, և շատ տեսակներ կանգնած են ոչնչացման եզրին», - ասում է IFAW վայրի բնության կիբեռհանցագործության ծրագրի ղեկավար Քրիստիան Պլաումանը։
Պլաումանը շեշտում է, որ վայրի ծովային կյանքը գնալով ավելի ու ավելի է դառնում անօրինական՝ բավարարելով իրենց տները զարդարել ցանկացող հարուստ անհատների քմահաճույքները։
«Ոմանց համար այս կենդանիները դարձել են կարգավիճակի խորհրդանիշ։ Երգիչ Ջեյսոն Դերուլոն վերջերս ցուցադրեց իր շնաձկների վանդակը»։ «Բայց երբ հայտնիներն ու միլիոնավոր հետևորդներ ունեցող բլոգերները վայրի կենդանիներին վերաբերվում են որպես տան դեկորի, հետևանքները տարածվում են նրանց հյուրասենյակներից շատ ավելի հեռու»,-ասում է հիմնադրամի ներկայացուցիչը։ «Տնային ակվարիումներում շնաձկներ պահելու նորմալացումը կործանարար ուղերձ է աշխարհին։ Շնաձկներն աքսեսուարներ չեն։ Դրանք հատակի ցուցադրություններ չեն։ Դրանք ընտանի կենդանիներ չեն»։
«Հարուստ լինելը տխրեցնող է». ինտերնետի արձագանքը
Սոցիալական ցանցերի օգտատերերը նույնպես քննադատության ալիք են բարձրացրել երգչի հասցեին։ «Սա պարզապես դաժան է», - գրել է մեկնաբաններից մեկը։ Մեկ այլ մարդ հեգնանքով ավելացրել է. «Այո, հարուստների խելագարությունը տխրեցնող է»։
Հարկ է նշել, որ Կալիֆոռնիայի օրենքը չի արգելում որոշ փոքր և ոչ վտանգված շնաձկների տեսակներ պահել որպես ընտանի կենդանիներ, չնայած կենդանիների իրավունքների պաշտպանությամբ զբաղվող կազմակերպությունները տարիներ շարունակ պայքարել են այս պրակտիկայի դեմ։
