Երեկ ԿԸՀ-ն գնաց օրենքի բացարձակ ոտնահարման․ Ավետիք Չալաբյան

Երեկ Կենտրոնական Ընտրական հանձնաժողովը, 4 ժամ իր որոշման անբովանդակ տեքստը կիսագրագետ հայերենով մի կերպ ընթերցելուց հետո, վերջում հայտարարեց, որ խնդրո առարկա երեք տեղամասերում վերաքվեարկություն չի նշանակելու, քանի որ այնտեղ քվեարկության չեղարկումը էապես չի ազդել ընտրության արդյունքների վրա:
Դա բացարձակ աբսուրդային պնդում է, քանի որ ուղիղ այդ պատճառով ԲՀԿ ձայները 4.04%-ից իջել են 3.99%, և այն չնչին տարբերությամբ չի հաղթահարել ընտրական շեմը, իսկ նրա 58,000-ից ավել ընտրողները փաստացի զրկվել են իրենց օրինական ներկայացուցչությունից: Դրան նախորդել է վարչական դատարանի որոշումը, որն արդեն իսկ արձանագրել է վերաքվեարկության անհրաժեշտությունը, ինչպես նաև ԿԸՀ անհատ անդամների խոստովանությունը մասնավոր զրույցներում, որ այդ երեք տեղամասերում վերաքվեարկությունը միակ օրինական ելքն է:
Փոխարենը, երեկ ԿԸՀ-ն գնաց օրենքի բացարձակ ոտնահարման, և մանդատագողության մի խայտառակ որոշման, որն իր նախադեպը չի ունեցել վերջին շրջանի մեր պատմության մեջ, մեր երկիրը դրանով առնվազն 30 տարի հետ գցելով և կրկին վերադարձնելով այն բռնատիրության գիրկը:
Ի նշան բողոքի, ես և մի շարք գործընկերներս լքեցինք ԿԸՀ այդ խայտառակ նիստը, որից հետո հայտարարություններ արեցինք ԿԸՀ առջև հավաքված քաղաքացիների և լրատվամիջոցների համար:
Պայքարն այժմ տեղափոխվում է ՍԴ, և արդյունքի կհասնի միայն այն դեպքում, երբ հասարակության ընդդիմադիր հատվածը բացարձակ մոբիլիզացնի իր բոլոր ուժերը, այլապես մենք դատապարտված ենք լինելու թրքամետ բռնատիրության ևս մի քանի տարիների: Մենք շարունակելու ենք գտնվել այդ պայքարի առաջնագծում, մինչ այդ կիսվում եմ իմ երեկվա հայտարարությամբ:
