Կենտրոնական ընտրական հանձնաժողովի վերջին նիստն ու դրա արդյունքում ընդունված որոշումը շարունակում են մնալ քաղաքական և հանրային քննարկումների կենտրոնում։ Մոտ չորս ժամ տևած նիստից հետո հանձնաժողովը հայտարարեց, որ երեք վիճահարույց ընտրատեղամասերում վերաքվեարկություն չի անցկացվելու՝ հիմնավորելով, թե արձանագրված խախտումները չեն ունեցել այնպիսի ազդեցություն, որը կարող էր փոխել ընտրությունների վերջնական պատկերը։

Սակայն այս մոտեցումը բազմաթիվ հարցեր է առաջացնում։ Եթե անգամ արձանագրված խախտումների հետևանքով փոխվում է քաղաքական ուժերի ներկայացվածությունը խորհրդարանում, ապա դժվար է պատկերացնել, թե ինչպիսի իրավիճակ պետք է ստեղծվի, որպեսզի այն գնահատվի որպես ընտրությունների արդյունքների վրա էական ազդեցություն ունեցած հանգամանք։

Քննարկումների առանցքում հայտնվել է այն փաստը, որ վիճահարույց տեղամասերի արդյունքների չեղարկումից հետո «Բարգավաճ Հայաստան» կուսակցության ստացած ձայների տոկոսը 4,04-ից նվազել է մինչև 3,99 տոկոս։ Արդյունքում կուսակցությունը հայտնվել է ընտրական շեմից ցածր և կորցրել խորհրդարան անցնելու հնարավորությունը։ Այս փոփոխության հետևանքով ավելի քան 58 հազար ընտրողների քվեները չեն վերածվել խորհրդարանական ներկայացվածության, իսկ քաղաքական ուժը դուրս է մնացել օրենսդիր մարմնից։

Հատկանշական է նաև, որ մինչ այդ վարչական դատարանը խոսել էր վերաքվեարկության անհրաժեշտության մասին, ինչը լրացուցիչ հարցեր է առաջացնում գործընթացի իրավական հիմնավորվածության վերաբերյալ։ Մի շարք քաղաքական գործիչներ, իրավաբաններ և հասարակական շրջանակներ ստեղծված իրավիճակը գնահատում են որպես ընտրական արդյունքների շուրջ լուրջ վիճաբանության առիթ։

Քաղաքական վերլուծաբանների մի մասը մտահոգություն է հայտնում, որ նման որոշումները կարող են բացասաբար անդրադառնալ ընտրական համակարգի նկատմամբ հանրային վստահության վրա։ Նրանց կարծիքով, եթե քաղաքացիների մոտ ձևավորվի համոզմունք, որ իրենց քվեները չեն կարող լիարժեք ազդեցություն ունենալ քաղաքական գործընթացների վրա, ապա դա կարող է խորացնել հասարակական բևեռացումը և թուլացնել ժողովրդավարական ինստիտուտների նկատմամբ վստահությունը։

Այս համատեքստում կարևոր փուլ է դառնում գործընթացի հնարավոր շարունակությունը Սահմանադրական դատարանում։ Հենց այնտեղ կարող է տրվել վերջնական իրավական գնահատականը վիճահարույց որոշումներին և ընտրական գործընթացի օրինականության վերաբերյալ բարձրացված հարցերին։ Մինչ այդ քաղաքական դաշտում և հասարակության տարբեր շերտերում քննարկումները շարունակում են մնալ ակտիվ՝ կապված ընտրությունների արդյունքների, ներկայացվածության և ընտրական արդարության խնդիրների հետ։
