Բաքվի վերաքննիչ դատարանը քննարկում է Բաքվում գերության մեջ գտնվող Արայիկ Հարությունյանի և Արցախի մյուս ռազմաքաղաքական գործիչների բողոքները, հայտնում են ադրբեջանական լրատվամիջոցները։
Հաղորդվում է, որ այսօր Բաքվի վերաքննիչ դատարանը շարունակել է քննել Արայիկ Հարությունյանի, Արկադի Ղուկասյանի, Բակո Սալահյանի, Դավիթ Իշխանյանի, Դավիթ Բաբայանի, Լևոն Մնացականյանի և մյուսների վերաքննիչ բողոքները։

Ըստ ադրբեջանական կայքերի՝ քրեական գործով վերաքննիչ բողոքարկման գործընթացին մասնակցող յուրաքանչյուր անձի տրամադրվել են թարգմանիչներ և փաստաբաններ։
Նիստի ընթացքում Դավիթ Իշխանյանը ելույթ է ունեցել և հայտարարել, որ ցանկանում է առանձին հանդիպում ունենալ իր փաստաբանի հետ։ Նրա խնդրանքը բավարարվել է։ Ընդմիջման ժամանակ նա նաև թարգմանչի օգնությամբ ծանոթացել է մայիսի 26-ի դատական նիստի արձանագրություններին։
Նշվում է, որ այնուհետև խոսք է տրվել Արցախի պաշտպանության բանակի նախկին հրամանատար Լևոն Մնացականյանի պաշտպանին։ Նա դատարանին միջնորդել է արդարացնել Մնացականյանին։
Դրանից հետո ելույթ է ունեցել ինքը՝ Լևոն Մնացականյանը և ներկայացրեցլ իր սեփական փաստարկները։
Հաջորդ դատական նիստը կկայանա հունիսի 23-ին։
Հիշեցնենք, որ Բաքվի դատարանը շինծու մեղադրանքներով ու բացառապես քաղաքական նկատառումներից ելնելով՝ ցմահ ազատազրկման է դատապարտել Արայիկ Հարությունյանին, Լևոն Մնացականյանին, Դավիթ Մանուկյանին, Դավիթ Իշխանյանին և Դավիթ Բաբայանին։
Արկադի Ղուկասյանը և Բակո Սահակյանը դատապարտվել են 20-ական տարվա ազատազրկման, Մադաթ Բաբայանը և Մելիքսեթ Փաշայանը՝ 19-ական, Գարիկ Մարտիրոսյանը՝ 18, Դավիթ Ալլահվերդյանը և Լևոն Բալայանը՝ 16, իսկ Վասիլի Բեգլարյանը, Գուրգեն Ստեփանյանը և Էրիկ Ղազարյանը՝ 15-ական տարի ազատազրկման։
