Եվրահանձնաժողովը (ԵՀ) հրատապ կարգով պատրաստում է Հայաստանի հետ առևտրային հարաբերությունները բարելավելու միջոցառումների փաթեթ՝ Ռուսաստանի կողմից տնտեսական սահմանափակումների պատճառով։ Այդ մասին հայտնել է Financial Times (FT) թերթը՝ հղում անելով չորս աղբյուրի, հաղորդում է ՏԱՍՍ-ը:
Պարբերականի տվյալներով՝ Բրյուսելում մշակում են այսպես կոչված ինքնավար առևտրային միջոցներ, որոնք կնվազեցնեն հայկական պարենային և գյուղատնտեսական արտահանման մաքսատուրքերը։
Ինչպես թերթին հայտնել է ԵՀ ներկայացուցիչ Օլոֆ Գիլը, Եվրահանձնաժողովը կառաջարկի ինքնավար առևտրային միջոցներ՝ օգնելու ավելի շատ հայկական ձեռնարկությունների մուտք գործել ԵՄ-ում շուկայական նոր հնարավորություններ և աջակցել երկրի տնտեսությանը այնտեղ, որտեղ այն ամենաշատն է տուժել։
«Հիմա ակտիվանալու և նրանց աջակցելու ժամանակն է, ցույց տալու, որ մենք կարող ենք վստահելի գործընկեր լինել», - ասել է FT-ի աղբյուրներից մեկը։ Միջոցառումները, որոնք պահանջում են ԵՄ անդամ պետությունների մեծամասնության և Եվրախորհրդարանի հավանությունը, կընդգրկեն մոտ 20 կատեգորիայի ապրանքների մեծ մասը, որոնց արժեքը կազմում է տարեկան մոտ 420 միլիոն եվրո, նշվում է հրապարակման մեջ։
Այնուամենայնիվ, աղբյուրների վկայությամբ՝ Հայաստանի արտահանման մի շարք ապրանքներ խնդիրներ են առաջացնում համայնքի պաշտոնյաների համար։ Սա վերաբերում է նախևառաջ կոնյակին՝ հայկական հիմնական արտահանվող ապրանքներից մեկին, հաշվի առնելով կոնյակի արտադրության կարևորությունը Ֆրանսիայի համար։ Խոսքը նաև ծովային ելք չունեցող երկրից Թուրքիայի կամ Վրաստանի տարածքով շուտ փչացող ապրանքների տեղափոխման բարդության մասին է։
Ինչպես ավելի վաղ հայտնել էր ԵՄ դիվանագիտության ղեկավար Կայա Կալլասը Լյուքսեմբուրգում համայնքի ԱԳ նախարարների հանդիպման և Հայաստանի ԱԳ նախարար Արարատ Միրզոյանի հետ նրանց բանակցությունների արդյունքներով, Եվրամիությունը ՌԴ-ի կողմից տնտեսական սահմանափակումներին ի պատասխան կպատրաստի Հայաստանին աջակցության ծրագիր, ինչպես նաև խորհրդականների առաքելություն կուղարկի Երևանին աջակցելու համար։
Ավելի վաղ ռուսական կողմը, բացահայտված խախտումների պատճառով, սահմանափակել էր հայկական արտադրանքի մի ամբողջ շարքի ներկրումը երկիր՝ հանքային ջրերից և ոգելից խմիչքներից մինչև բանջարեղեն և մրգեր։
