«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.
Հունիսի 7-ից հետո Հայաստանում ամենից նկատելի կերպով փոխվել է միայն այն, որ ընդդիմադիր լիդերների ու ոչ միայն լիդերների դեմ հաշվեհարդարի նախընտրական սպառնալիքները սահուն դարձան «հետընտրական սպառնալիքներ» ու քաղաքական հետապնդումներ: Գիտեք, Փաշինյանը կամ իր դատախազությունը դիմել էր ԿԸՀ՝ «Հայաստան» դաշինքի առաջնորդ, ՀՀ երկրորդ նախագահ Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանին, ինչպես նաև Դավիթ Ղազինյանին՝ «Ուժեղ Հայաստանից», ու ևս երեք անձի անձեռնմխելիությունից զրկելու և նրանց դեմ քրեական վարույթ իրականացնելու թույլտվության համար: ԿԸՀ-ն, բնականաբար, բավարարեց միջնորդությունները: Ով էլ կասկածեր:
Բայց ինչն է հատկանշական. դատախազությունը և այլ «կից իրավապահ կառույցները» այնքան են խառնված, որ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի հանձնարարությունները ամեն գնով կատարելու համար գնացել... 22 տարի առաջվա ինչ-որ գործարք և կառավարության որոշում են պեղել: Հասկանալի է՝ որպեսզի դա օգտագործեն Քոչարյանի դեմ: Այսինքն, բերել են մի բան, որի բոլոր հնարավոր վաղեմության ժամկետներն էլ են անցած, և որի մեջ կրիմինալ բովանդակություն էլ չկա, ինչպես նշում են փաստաբանները: Դատարկություն, էլի:
