Այսօր՝ հունիսի 18-ին, արտակարգ դեպք է տեղի ունեցել Արմավիրի մարզում։ Ժամը 06:30-ի սահմաններում Վաղարշապատ խոշորացված համայնքի Շահումյան բնակավայրի Նավասարդյան փողոցի բնակիչներ ամուսինները հերթական անգամ կեր տալու նպատակով մոտենում են տան մոտ կառուցված թռչնագոմերին և տեսարանից շոկ են ապրում։

Ինչպես տեղից հայտնում է ֆոտոլրագրող Գագիկ Շամշյանը, կինը հայտնաբերում է տան հողամասում և թռչնաբներում տարբեր հատվածներում սատկած հնդկահավերին ու բադերին։Ֆոտոլրագրողի հետ զրույցում տան 63-ամյա տղամարդն ասում էր. «Նման բան երբևէ չէր եղել։ Թոշակառու ամուսիններ ենք, վարկով վերցրել ու փոքրիկ տնտեսություն էինք իբրև թե ստեղծել։ Առավոտյան կինս գալիս է էստեղ, որպեսզի կեր տա հնդկահավերին ու բադերին ու շփոթված ինձ է տեղեկացնում։ Պարզվում է՝ մեզ դեռևս անհայտ կենդանիների կողմից, որովհետև սա մեկ կենդանու արած չի լինի, մեր 150-ից ավելի հնդկահավերին ու 30 բադերին սատկացրել են թռչնաբներում։  Նաև հնդկահավերի ու բադերի կոմղից թուխս դրված մոտ 250 ձվեր ճուտ չեն տա, քանի որ բոլոր թխսերը սատկած են։

Մեզ պատճառվել է մոտ 7000-8000 ԱՄՆ դոլարի վնաս։ Հիմա խնդրանքով դիմում ենք մեր վարչականի ղեկավարին, Վաղարշապատի քաղաքապետին, Արմավիրի մարպետ Վահրամ Խաչատրյանին, Էկոնոմիկայի նախարար Գևորգ Պապոյանին, որպեսզի մեզ միայնակ չթողնեն այս արհավիրքի հետ»։ Գյուղացիները նույնպես միանում էին այդ խնդրանքին՝ շեշտելով նաև, որ ուզում են հավատալ, որ ընտանիքը միայնակ չի մնա, հավելելով, որ լավ կլինի, որպեսզի այն բանկը, որտեղից իրենք վարկ են վերցրել, գոնե 3 տարով սառեցնի վարկային պարտավորությունները։

Ֆոտոլրագրողը հայտնում է, որ դեպքի մասին արդեն տեղեկացվել էր ՀՀ Ներքին գործերի նախարարության ոստիկանության համայնքային ոստիկանության գլխավոր վարչության Վաղարշապատի բաժին, որտեղից ժամանել է համայնքային ոստիկանը, ում կողմից դեպքի փաստով փաստաթղթեր են կազմվել։
