Մեծ ուրախությամբ իմացա, որ դպրոցի ուսուցիչների մեծ մասն անցել է կամավոր ատեստավորումը և ես ուզում եմ շնորհակալություն հայտնել այդ փորձառությունն անցած բոլոր ուսուցիչներին։ Այս մասին ասել է Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը՝ Երևանի Հակոբ Կոջոյանի անվան վերակառուցված կրթահամալիրի բացման արարողությանը:

«Ես հասկանում եմ, որ դա հեշտ չէ, ես հասկանում եմ, որ դա որոշակի խնդիրներ է հոգեբանական, հարմարավետության և այլն, բայց սա ճանապարհ է, որով մենք պետք է անցնենք։ Այսօր մենք Կառավարությունում այդ չափորոշիչը դրել ենք: Կատարողականի գնահատման համակարգում մենք հատուկ կարգ ենք սահմանել, որ պետական պաշտոնյաները՝ վարչապետից սկսած, մինչև բոլոր մակարդակի պաշտոնյաները, պետք է ժամանակ ծախսեն իրենց կրթությունը բարելավելու վրա: 

Ես այդ փորձառությամբ անցել եմ: Առաջիկայում պատրաստվում եմ նոր դասընթացների մասնակցել և դա բացարձակապես ձև չէ։ Իհարկե, ձև էլ կա, ես ուզում եմ ցույց տալ սեփական օրինակով, բայց ես նաև առերեսվում եմ, որ ես դրա կարիքն ունեմ, որովհետև այն մարդը, որն ասում է՝ ինքը դրա կարիքը չունի, այդտեղ խնդիր կա: 

Չկա որևէ մեկը, որ գիտի ամեն ինչ, հետևաբար՝ եթե չկա որևէ մեկը, որ գիտի ամեն ինչ, նշանակում է՝ յուրաքանչյուր ոք ինչ-որ նոր բան իմանալու անհրաժեշտություն ունի և մենք պետք է սա դարձնենք ապրելակերպ ՀՀ բոլոր քաղաքացիների համար, որովհետև դա է պետության զարգացման գրավականը»,-նշել է նա:
