Մթերքներ, որոնք չի կարելի պահել սառնարանում

Սառնարանը բացառիկ գյուտ է, որն օգնում է պահպանել մթերքի թարմությունը, բայց ոչ բոլոր, այսպես ասած, մթերքներն են, որ այնտեղ տեղ ունեն: Կան մթերքներ, որ չի պետք է պահպանել կոնկրետ ջերմաստիճանային պայմաններում:
Հաց Հացն այնպիսի սննդամթերք է, որը չի կարելի պահել սառնարանում: Այն չի պահպանի իր թարմությունը, ընդհակառակը՝ կնպաստի չորանալուն: Հացը պահպանելու ամենահուսալի տարբերակը սենյակային ջերմաստիճանն է, որտեղ 4 օրից ավել պահել չի կարելի: Նաև պետք է նշել, որ ամբողջը կտրատել չի կարելի: Երկար պահպանելու համար ցանկալի է լինեն ամբողջական կտորներ: Սխտոր Սխտորը ցածր ջերմաստիճանում չի կարելի պահել: Այն հրաշալի պահպանվում է չոր տեղում 2-3 ամիս: Պարտադիր այդ պահպանվող տեղում պետք է միջանցիկ քամի լինի, այդպիսով այն իր թարմությունը ավելի երկար կպահպանի: Կծու սոուս Ընդունված է սոուսներն ու համեմունքները պահպանել բացառապես սառնարանում: Բայց պետք է ասել, որ դրանց բաղադրության մեջ մտնող հավելանյութերի՝ քացախի, շաքարի և աղի պատճառով դրանք չի կարելի պահել սառնարանում: Կծու սոուսը նույնպես չի թույլատրվում պահել սառնարանում, դրանք պահարանում ավելի լավ են պահպանվում: Կարտոֆիլ Սառնարանը կարտոֆիլի տեղը չէ: Գլխավոր պատճառը ջերմաստիճանն է, բայց պետք է ասել, որ նույնիսկ +7 աստիճանի դեպքում էլ այն չի կարելի պահել: Կարտոֆիլի, այսպես ասած, լավագույն պահոցը պահածոների պահարանն է, բայց հիշեք, որ վատ չէր լինի, եթե այն մինչև պահարանում դասավորելը փաթեթավորեք թղթով: Լոլիկ Սառնարանում լոլիկը դառնում է ուտելու համար ոչ պիտանի մթերք: Իհարկե չի արգելվում այն սառնարանում պահել, բայց այդ դեպքում համը փոխվում է, այն առաջվանը չի կարող լինել: Լոլիկը պետքէ պահել սենյակային ջերմաստիճանի պայմաններում: Սոխ Սոխը լավագույնս պահպանվում է ցանցե տոպրակներում, ինչը հնարավորություն է տալիս օդի անընդհատ ներթափանցում: Սառնարանում սոխի նեխելու հավանականությունը մեծ է: Ամենալավ տարբերակը սոխի պահպանման համար մթությունն է: Այդպիսով այն պահպանում է նաև իր համը: Սուրճ Շատերի կարծիքով սառանարանը սուրճի պահպանման համար ամենալավ տարբերակն է: Իրականում դա նրա տեղը չէ: Սառնարանում այն կորցնում է իր համային որակները: Բացի այդ այն իր ուժեղ հոտի պատճառով կարող է փոխել սառնարանում պահվող մյուս մթերքների համը:
