Իսրայելի և Լիբանանի միջև ԱՄՆ-ի միջնորդությամբ բանակցությունների նոր փուլը տեղի կունենա այսօր Վաշինգտոնում: Այս մասին հայտնում է Reuters-ը՝ հղում անելով լիբանանցի պաշտոնյաների:

Լիբանանցի պաշտոնյաները պնդում են, որ Իսրայելի հետ առերես բանակցությունները պատերազմին վերջ դնելու միակ միջոցն են, որը մոլեգնում է մարտի 2-ից՝ այն պահից, երբ «Հեզբոլլահ» զինված խմբավորումը կրակ բացեց Իսրայելի ուղղությամբ՝ ի պաշտպանություն Իրանի, ինչն էլ հրահրեց իսրայելական օդային և ցամաքային հարձակումները, որոնք Լիբանանում ավելի քան 4,000 մարդու կյանք են խլել։

Լիբանանցի մի պաշտոնյա և Լիբանանի հարցերով զբաղվող երկու օտարերկրյա պաշտոնյա Reuters-ին հայտնել են, որ Իրան-ԱՄՆ գործարքը Լիբանանին թուլացրեց՝ այն թողնելով մինչ օրս իր ամենաթույլ վիճակում և կասկածի տակ դնելով այս շաբաթ Իսրայելի հետ բանակցությունների օգտակարությունը։

Լիբանանցի պաշտոնյան թերահավատորեն է վերաբերվում այն հարցին, որ բանակցություններից, որոնք նախատեսված են երեք օր տևելու համար, որևէ շոշափելի առաջընթաց կլինի։

«Այս բանակցություններում մեր և իսրայելցիների միջև վստահության հիմնարար խնդիր կա։ Մենք չենք կարող կատարել նրանց պահանջները, իսկ նրանք մերժում են մեր բոլոր պահանջները», - ասել է պաշտոնյան։
