Ներքին գործերի նախարարությունում և ենթակա ծառայություններում իրականացվող համապարփակ բարեփոխումների շրջանակում շարունակվում են համակարգային փոփոխությունները՝ միտված հանրությանը առավել որակյալ, քաղաքացիակենտրոն և արժանապատիվ ծառայություններ մատուցելուն։

Միգրացիոն ոլորտի բարեփոխումների շրջանակում կառուցվում են միջազգային չափանիշներին համապատասխան սպասարկման նոր գրասենյակներ։

Հունիսի 22-ին ՆԳ նախարար Արփինե Սարգսյանը և ֆրանսիական IN Groupe ու A.C.I. Technology S.à.r.l. կոնսորցիումի կողմից հիմնադրված «ՀայՓաս» ՓԲԸ-ի աշխատանքային խումբը՝ գործադիր տնօրեն Ռեջիս Բուշյեի գլխավորությամբ, այցելել են Էջմիածնի, Գյումրու և Վանաձորի սպասարկման գրասենյակներ՝ տեղում ծանոթանալու շինարարական աշխատանքների ընթացքին։

Ուսումնասիրվել են աշխատանքների բոլոր փուլերը, դիտարկվել են տեխնիկական և կազմակերպչական լուծումներ, կատարվել ճշգրտումներ և ներկայացվել առաջարկություններ։ Նախարարը կարևորել է կատարվող աշխատանքների որակի նկատմամբ խիստ վերահսկողությունը՝ ընդգծելով, որ նոր գրասենյակները պետք է լիովին համապատասխանեն սահմանված չափանիշներին և ապահովեն քաղաքացիների համար հարմարավետ ու արժանապատիվ սպասարկման պայմաններ։

Նախարար Սարգսյանը նշել է, որ նոր գրասենյակներում ներդրվող տեխնոլոգիական լուծումները և «մեկ պատուհանի» սկզբունքը հնարավորություն կտան նվազեցնել վարչարարական բարդություններն ու հերթերը, ինչպես նաև խնայել քաղաքացիների ժամանակը։

Կենտրոնները կհամալրվեն ժամանակակից կենսաչափական սարքավորումներով՝ ապահովելով փաստաթղթավորման գործընթացների արագ, անվտանգ և թափանցիկ իրականացումը։

Նոր գրասենյակների գործարկումը կարևոր քայլ է միգրացիոն ոլորտի արդիականացման ճանապարհին՝ ձևավորելով պետություն-քաղաքացի փոխգործակցության նոր մշակույթ և բարձրացնելով հանրային վստահությունը մատուցվող ծառայությունների նկատմամբ։
