ՄԱԿ-ում Հայաստանը ներկայացրել է խաղաղաշինության և կանխարգելման ոլորտում իր նախաձեռնությունները

2026 թ. հունիսի 22-ին, Միջազգային խաղաղաշինության շաբաթվա շրջանակներում, ՄԱԿ-ում Հայաստանի մշտական ներկայացուցչությունը, Ջիբութիի մշտական ներկայացուցչության և ՄԱԿ Ցեղասպանության կանխարգելման և պաշտպանելու պատասխանատվության գրասենյակի (OSAPG) հետ համատեղ, կազմակերպեց «Գործընկերություններ՝ կանխարգելումը խաղաղաշինության մեջ ինտեգրելու համար. քաղաքականությունից դեպի պրակտիկա» խորագրով հարակից միջոցառում։ Այս մասին տեղեկացնում են ՄԱԿ-ում ՀՀ մշտական ներկայացուցչությունից:
Իր ելույթում ՄԱԿ-ում ՀՀ մշտական ներկայացուցիչ Պարույր Հովհաննիսյանը վերահաստատեց Հայաստանի հանձնառությունը, այդ թվում՝ որպես Խաղաղաշինության հանձնաժողովի անդամ, կանխարգելումը որպես խաղաղության պահպանման հիմնական բաղադրիչ առաջ մղելու գործում։ Նա ընդգծեց կայուն ազգային ինստիտուտների, ներառական գործընկերությունների և վաղ նախազգուշացումը ժամանակին գործողությունների վերածելու կարևորությունը:
Դեսպան Հովհաննիսյանը ներկայացրեց ՄԱԿ շրջանակներում կանխարգելման օրակարգն առաջ մղելուն ուղղված ՀՀ նախաձեռնությունները, այդ թվում՝ ցեղասպանության կանխարգելման ոլորտում Հայաստանի դերակատարությունը և վերջերս ընդունված «Կրթություն հանուն խաղաղության» խորագրով Գլխավոր ասամբլեայի բանաձևը։ Անդրադառնալով փախստականների հոսքին արձագանքելու Հայաստանի փորձին՝ նա ընդգծեց Կառավարության, ՄԱԿ գործակալությունների և զարգացման գործընկերների միջև համագործակցության կարևորությունը՝ դիմակայունության ամրապնդման գործում։
Քննարկմանը մասնակցեցին ՄԱԿ-ում Ջիբութիի մշտական ներկայացուցիչ Մոհամեդ Սիադ Դուալեհը, ՄԱԿ-ում Մարոկկոյի մշտական ներկայացուցչության ներկայացուցիչը՝ Մարոկկոյի մշտական ներկայացուցիչ և Խաղաղաշինության հանձնաժողովի նախագահ Օմար Հիլալեի անունից, ՄԱԿ գլխավոր քարտուղարի տեղակալ և ցեղասպանության կանխարգելման հարցերով հատուկ խորհրդական Չալոկա Բեյանին, ՄԱԿ ԳԳ՝ խաղաղաշինության և խաղաղության աջակցման հարցերով փոխտեղակալ Էլիզաբեթ Սպեհարը և ՄԱԿ ԳՔ՝ մադու իրավունքների հարցերով փոխտեղակալ Կլաուդիա Ֆուենտես Խուլիոն։
