Առողջապահության նախարարությունը համագործակցության հուշագիր է կնքել Իտալիայի «Ջեմելի» հիվանդանոցի հետ

 ՀՀ առողջապահության նախարար Արմեն Մուրադյանն ընդունել է Իտալիայի «Ա. Ջեմելի» համալսարանական հիվանդանոց հիմնադրամի նախագահ, Սակրո Կուորե կաթոլիկ համալսարանի բժշկության ֆակուլտետի դեկան Ռոկո Բելլանտոնեյի գլխավորած պատվիրակությանը: Ինչպես տեղեկացրին ՀՀ առողջապահության նախարարությունից, ողջունելով հյուրերին` ՀՀ առողջապահության նախարար Արմեն Մուրադյանը նշել է, որ ՀՀ կառավարությունը հե տաքրքրված է բարեկամ Իտալիայի կառավարության հետ առողջապահության ոլորտում համագործակցության ամրապնդման գործում:

Նրա խոսքով, ընդունելով բնակչության առողջության պահպանման և բարելավման հիմնարար նշանակությունը ցանկացած պետության համար, ՀՀ առողջապահության նախարարությունը ողջունում է յուրաքանչյուր նախաձեռնություն, որը կնպաստի երկրի առողջապահության բնագավառի զարգացմանը, առկա մարտահրավերների հաղթահարմանը: Նախարարը հույս է հայտնել, որ մեր երկրի առողջապահական համակարգին ծանոթանալով` Իտալիայից ժամանած պատվիրակությունը նույնպես հետաքրքրված կլինի առողջապահության և բժշկագիտության մի շարք ոլորտներում հայ մասնագետների առաջատար փորձով:

Արմեն Մուրադյանն անդրադարձել է նաև Հայաստանի առողջապահական համակարգում իրականացվող բափեփոխումներին, կադրային քաղաքականությանը, իրավական դաշտին և ֆինանսական արդյունավետ կառավարմանը վերաբերող հարցերի: Խոսելով  առողջապահության զարգացման մասին` նա տարբեր ոլորտներում վերջին երկու տասնամյակում մեծապես կարևորել է Սփյուռքում բնակվող հայ անվանի բժիշկների անգնահատելի ներդրումը:

Ռոկո Բելլանտոնեն  ևս նշել է, որ  ոչ միայն իր ղեկավարած բժշկական հաստատությունը, այլև Իտալիայի առողջապահության նախարարությունը շահագրգրված  է  առողջապահության ոլորտում խորացնել Հայաստանի հետ համագործակցությունը:

Հանդիպման ընթացքում ՀՀ առողջապահության նախարարության և  Հռոմի «Ջեմելի» համալսարանական հիվանդանոցի հիմնադրամի միջև  ստորագրվել է համագործակցության հուշագիր, որի շրջանակում համագործակցություն կծավալվի երկկողմ հետաքրքրություն ներկայացնող ոլորտներում: Կողմերը նշել են, որ մշտապես կարևորում են համագործակցության նոր հնարավորությունները և հուշագրի ստորագրումը լավ ու հեռանկարային խթան կարող է լինել առողջապահական համակարգերի միջև համագործակցության հետագա զարգացման համար:

Հատկապես դրական է այն հանգամանքը, որ այսպիսով ստեղծվում է Հայաստանի և Իտալիայի բժիշկների միջև մասնագիտական վերապատրաստումների, շարունակական բժշկական զարգացման, գիտելիքների, հմտությունների և փորձի փոխանակման հնարավորություն:

Պաշտոնական այցի շրջանակում Իտալիայից ժամանած պատվիրակությունը   այցելություններ կունենա նաև մայրաքաղաքի մի քանի  բժշկական կենտրոններ, ինչպես նաև Երևանի պետական բժշկական համալսարան:

«Ա. Ջեմելի» համալսարանական հիվանդանոց հիմնադրամ-Սակրո Կուորե Կաթոլիկ համալսարանը միջազգայնորեն ճանաչված է որպես գերազանցության կենտրոն և համագործակցության փորձ ունի առավել քան քառասուն երկրների հետ:
