Բուռն քննարկումներ Չալաբյանի կալանքի շուրջ

«ՀայաՔվե» հասարակական-քաղաքական միավորման համակարգող Ավետիք Չալաբյանը կրկին հայտնվել է իրավապահների ուշադրության կենտրոնում։ Նրա ընտանիքի փոխանցմամբ՝ վաղ առավոտյան ոստիկանության և քննչական մարմինների աշխատակիցները այցելել են Չալաբյանի բնակարան և իրականացրել քննչական գործողություններ։
Ըստ հրապարակված տեղեկությունների՝ իրավապահները բնակարան են մուտք գործել առավոտյան ժամերին, երբ ընտանիքի անդամները դեռևս քնած են եղել։ Տանը կատարվել է խուզարկություն, որի ընթացքում, ինչպես նշվում է, որևէ արգելված կամ կասկածելի առարկա չի հայտնաբերվել։ Դրանից հետո առգրավվել է Ավետիք Չալաբյանի բջջային հեռախոսը։
Ընտանիքի անդամների պնդմամբ՝ իրավապահները նախապես պատրաստված են եղել համապատասխան փաստաթղթերով, ինչից նրանք եզրակացնում են, որ գործողությունների հիմնական նպատակը հենց Չալաբյանի ձերբակալությունն էր։
Ավելի ուշ Քննչական կոմիտեն տեղեկացրեց, որ Չալաբյանի նկատմամբ հարուցվել է հանրային քրեական հետապնդում՝ Քրեական օրենսգրքի 43-210-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 5-րդ և 6-րդ կետերով։ Խոսքը վերաբերում է ընտրական իրավունքի իրականացմանը խոչընդոտելու նախապատրաստության վերաբերյալ մեղադրանքին։ ՔԿ-ն դատարան էր ներկայացրել նաև կալանավորման միջնորդություն, որը բավարարվել է, և Ավետիք Չալաբյանի նկատմամբ ընտրվել է երկու ամսով կալանավորումը որպես խափանման միջոց։
Չալաբյանի ընտանիքն ու աջակիցները տեղի ունեցածը գնահատում են որպես քաղաքական բնույթի հետապնդում՝ պնդելով, որ ընդդիմադիր հայացքներ ունեցող գործիչների նկատմամբ շարունակաբար ճնշումներ են իրականացվում։
Փաստաբան Վարազդատ Հարությունյանի խոսքով՝ Ավետիք Չալաբյանը չի ընդունում իրեն ներկայացված մեղադրանքը և այն ամբողջությամբ անհիմն է համարում։
Ուշադրության արժանի է նաև այն հանգամանքը, որ այս զարգացումները տեղի են ունենում այն ժամանակահատվածում, երբ Սահմանադրական դատարանը պատրաստվում է քննել ընտրությունների արդյունքների վերաբերյալ ընդդիմադիր քաղաքական ուժերի ներկայացրած դիմումները։
Քաղաքական շրջանակներում հիշեցնում են, որ սա առաջին դեպքը չէ, երբ Ավետիք Չալաբյանի նկատմամբ քրեական հետապնդում է իրականացվում։ Նրա կողմնակիցների համոզմամբ՝ նախկինում ևս նա բազմիցս հայտնվել է իրավապահ մարմինների ուշադրության կենտրոնում՝ իր քաղաքական գործունեության և իշխանություններին քննադատող դիրքորոշումների պատճառով։
