Հնդկաստանի Հիմաչալ Պրադեշ նահանգում իրավապահ մարմինները հետաքննություն են սկսել մի կնոջ նկատմամբ, որը, ըստ տեղեկությունների, հինգ ամսվա ընթացքում երեք անգամ ամուսնացել է։ Այս մասին հայտնում է Bhaskar English-ը։

Հրապարակման համաձայն՝ կնոջ և նրա ամուսինների ինքնությունը չի բացահայտվում։ Ներկայումս իշխանությունները փորձում են պարզել, թե արդյոք բոլոր ամուսնությունները պաշտոնապես գրանցված են եղել, թե խոսքը միայն ավանդական կամ ոչ պաշտոնական արարողությունների մասին է։

Հնդկաստանում, որտեղ ամուսնալուծությունը ենթադրում է իրավական հստակ ընթացակարգեր, իսկ բազմակնությունը մեծ մասամբ արգելված է օրենքով, նման դեպքը մեծ հետաքրքրություն է առաջացրել իրավապահների շրջանում։

Ըստ նախնական տեղեկությունների՝ քննիչները չեն բացառում, որ կինը կարող էր գործել խարդախության նպատակներով։ Այդ պատճառով ուսումնասիրվում են նրա գործողությունների բոլոր հանգամանքները։

Տեղացի իրավաբանների կարծիքով՝ եթե ապացուցվի, որ ամուսնությունները կնքվել են առանց ընտանիք ստեղծելու իրական մտադրության, դրանք կարող են ճանաչվել անվավեր։

Ներկայումս ոստիկանությունը հարցաքննում է կնոջ հարազատներին, ծանոթներին և հարևաններին՝ դեպքի իրական պատճառներն ու հնարավոր դրդապատճառները պարզելու համար։

Կինը դեռևս հրապարակային մեկնաբանություն չի տվել։ Հայտնի չէ նաև, թե նրան ինչ իրավական հետևանքներ կարող են սպասվել, սակայն օրենքի խախտման հաստատման դեպքում հնարավոր է կիրառվեն վարչական կամ այլ պատասխանատվության միջոցներ։
