Գյումրիի ընդդիմադիր քաղաքապետ Վարդան Ղուկասյանին ևս մեկ մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել՝ պաշտոնատար անձի օրինական ծառայողական գործունեությանը միջամտելու հոդվածով:

Ըստ Քննչական կոմիտեի՝ դատական նիստի ընթացքում Վարդան Ղուկասյանը միջամտել է պաշտոնատար անձի օրինական ծառայողական գործունեությանը:

Քննչական կոմիտեի հաղորդագրության համաձայն՝ դատական նիստի ավարտից անմիջապես հետո Ղուկասյանը փորձել է պատասխանել լրագրողների հարցերին և «գիտակցելով ուղեկցող աշխատանքներ իրականացնող ոստիկանի ծառայողական պարտականությունները կատարելու հանգամանքը, նրա օրինական ծառայողական գործունեությանը միջամտելու նպատակով հրաժարվել է կատարել ոստիկանի՝ դատական նիստի ավարտից հետո կալանավորված անձանց պահելու համար նախատեսված դատարանի խուց տեղափոխվելու օրինական պահանջը: Այնուհետև, երբ ոստիկանը փորձել է ուղեկցել Ղուկասյանին, նա բռնություն՝ ֆիզիկական ներգործություն է գործադրել ոստիկանի նկատմամբ՝ միջամտելով պաշտոնատար անձի օրինական ծառայողական գործունեությանը»:

Կոռուպցիոն մեղադրանքով արդեն 8 ամիս ճաղերի հետևում գտնվող Գյումրիի քաղաքապետ Վարդան Ղուկասյանի մեղադրանքների թիվն ավելանում է:

Օրերս էլ Քննչական կոմիտեն նրան մեկ այլ մեղադրանք առաջադրեց՝ այլ անձանց հետ իշխանության յուրացում նախապատրաստելու համար: Դրա հիմքում մի գաղտնալսում էին դրել, որում ենթադրաբար, Ղուկասյանը ասում էր, թե առանց ռուսների համաձայնության ոչինչ չի անի:
