Վարչապետ Հովիկ Աբրահամյանի գլխավորությամբ կառավարությունում քննարկվել է ՀՀ սփյուռքի  նախարարության 2015թ. ընթացքում կատարված հիմնական աշխատանքների, ՀՀ կառավարության 2015թ. գործունեության միջոցառումների ծրագրի, գերակա խնդիրների կատարման և գնահատված կատարողականի հաշվետվությունը: 

Ինչպես «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ կառավարության տեղեկատվության եւ հասարակայնության հետ կապերի վարչությունից, նախարար Հրանուշ Հակոբյանը նշել է, որ նախարարությունն ակտիվորեն մասնակցել է Հայոց ցեղասպանության 100-րդ տարելիցին նվիրված միջոցառումները համակարգող պետական հանձնաժողովի նիստերի նախապատրաստական և կազմակերպչական բոլոր աշխատանքներին: Մասնավորապես, ապահովել է Պետական հանձնաժողովի սփյուռքյան անդամների, տարածաշրջանային հանձնախմբերի նախագահների (ներկայացուցիչների) մասնակցությունը հանձնաժողովի նի ստերին, ինչպես նաև մասնակցել անհրաժեշտ տեղեկատվական և քարոզչական բնույթի նյութերի պատրաստման և տարածման աշխատանքներին (50 երկրում առ այսօր գործում է Հայոց ցեղասպանության 100-րդ տարելիցի միջոցառումները համակարգող տարածաշրջանային 61 հանձնախումբ): Ապրիլի 22-23-ը Հայոց ցեղասպանության 100-րդ տարելիցին նվիրված միջոցառումները համակարգող պետական հանձնաժողովի ծրագրե­րի շրջանակներում Երևանում տեղի է ունեցել «Ընդդեմ Ցեղասպանության հանցագործության» գլոբալ ֆորումը, որի շրջանակներում ՀՀ սփյուռքի նախարարության նախաձեռնությամբ կազմակերպվե լ է «Ցեղասպանության հանցագործության կանխարգել­ման և պա­տա­ս­խանա­տվության միջազգային իրավական հիմնախնդիրները» միջազգային գիտաժողովը: 

Նախարարի խոսքով՝ «Սփյուռքահայերի ինտեգրման գործընթացի կազմակերպում» ծրագրի շրջանակում լուծվել են Հայաստանում հաստատված, սիրիահայերի և իրաքահայերի բազմաթիվ իրավական, սոցիալական, առողջապահական, կրթական խնդիրներ, կազմակերպվել են մշակութային միջոցառումներ, ամառային ճամբարներ, տարեմուտի երեկոներ, արևելահայերեն և ռուսաց լեզվի դասընթացներ:

Ըստ նախարարի՝  Հայոց լեզվի տարածման և հայ երիտասարդության շրջանում հայերենի իմացության մակարդակի բարձրացման, այդ թվում` նորարարական մեխանիզմների կիրառմամբ, նպատակով ձեռնարկվել են աշխատանքներ մի քանի ծրագրերի շրջանակներում: «Հայոց լեզվի հեռուստադպրոց» ծրագրով հայկական համայնքներ է սփռվել հեռուստադպրոցի երեք տասնյակ դասաժամ, շարունակվել է արևելահայերենից արևմտահայերեն և հակառակը փոխարկչի ընդլայնման աշխատանքները, Սփյուռքի կրթական հաստատություններին տրամադրվել է շուրջ 46 000 կտոր ուսումնական նյութ, նախարարության օժանդակո ւթյամբ Սփյուռքում ստեղծվել են 15 նոր մեկօրյա դպրոցներ, կազմակերպվել է «Արևմտահայերենի և արևելահայերենի մերձեցման խնդիրներ» համաժողովը, կրթական տարբեր խնդիրներին նվիրված հեռակոնֆերանսներ և այլն:

Նախարար Հակոբյանը հայտնել է նաև, որ կառավարության համապատասխան որոշումներով հաստատվել են Սփյուռքի երիտասարդների հայրենաճանաչության «Արի տուն», «Երգում ենք Կոմիտաս» համահայկական փառատոնի և «Սփյուռք» ամառային դպրոց» 2015 թվականի ծրագրերը և միջոցառումների ցանկը:

Հովիկ Աբրահամյանը դրական գնահատելով Սփյուռքի նախարարության աշխատանքը՝ ընդգծել է, որ  գերատեսչության կողմից մեծ աշխատանք է կատարվել, և 2015 թվականին նախարարության ակտիվ մասնակցությունը Հայոց ցեղասպանության 100-րդտարելիցի միջոցառումներին՝ ակնառու է եղել: Գործադիրի ղեկավարը կարևորել է սփյուռքահայ գործարարների ակտիվներգրավվածությունը Հայաստանի տնտեսությունում և  այդ համատեքստում անհրաժեշտ համարել  Հայաստանում սփյուռքահայգործարարների  մասնակցությամբ բիզնես ֆորումների անցկացումը:
